Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

Easy access to Finsbury Park with its excellent transport links all across London. Very experienced host as well!

Eco-friendly; breakfast options include gluten and dairy-free. Great gym in building. UNSUITABLE for people with disabilities as there are stairs to the lift. When the lift is occasionally out of order, there are 91 stairs. As in most London homes: no air conditioning but fans provided. No street parking.

The room has an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm in this period house. Guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. Well connected to Zone I tourist sites, east London business districts, Trinity Laban, Goldsmiths University and World Heritage site Greenwich with it’s beautiful park, museums, market and a university. Our guests love the room as it is cheerful and warm. There is a lovely garden at the back of the flat which you are welcome to use. The flat is well located for public transport into central London (10 minutes by tube to Euston and Kings Cross ), there is a train straight to Stansted from Tottenham Hale (35 mins) and Liverpool Street(12 mins)We are a multi cultural couple. My husbands is Cuban and I am Scottish. We speak English, French and Spanish.

Our house is 5 mins walk on the main street that leads to Leytonstone tube station–(zone 3). The Central Line, will take you to Liverpool Street (heart of financial district "The City") in under 15 minutes. Central Line is now scheduled to run all night on Friday & Saturdays.
