Ivana's Place was exactly as described. It was clean and smelled great. The kitchen was fully stocked with beautiful dishes, great cookware, utensils, mixing bowls, coffee maker, blender, you name it, it's there! Games and DVD movies were a great little hidden treasure. The views of Seawall Beach were spectacular! The shared pools and hot tub were very clean and fun to relax at. Walmart is next door with many other stores, nail salons, restaurants etc within walking distance. Heads up, Ivana's Place is located on the top floor, there are no elevators here so be prepared to climb. Lol We'll definitely be booking here in the future!

Perfect location for me, close to a nice golf course, the bay and the company I was visiting. The swimming pool was really excellent with a relaxing view of the bay.

My children and I had a wonderful time in this cozy condo. It is perfectly located near the beach, Moody Gardens and stores. The kitchen was well-stocked so we could make a meal for the kids without an issue. I would give it 5 stars but our only wish was that it was 60 degrees and the pool heater was not working so we couldn't use the beautiful pools.

We loved this cozy studio. Artsy and beautifully decorated. Angela communicated easy-to-follow instructions for check-in and out. We will definitely stay again. Oh, the desk area was really handy.

Absolutely loved our stay!! Apartment was very clean and comfortable, and walking distance to restaurants, cvs, and downtown!! Definitely would book again!!

Corey's spot deserves special praise for one reason: decor. I've been to a lot of airBnB's in a lot of different places and his ranks among the most unique and thoughtfully appropriated. Top 5...maybe even top 3. First off, the unique setting--a re-imagined church (of the redeemer) is the setting of the consistently-branded Sanctuary Lofts and stands out in a charming-but-developing neighborhood just east of Midtown. But the real magic happens once you enter Corey's unit (pause?). The loft is a 2-people-chill/3-is-maxed spot that's an ode to Houston. The artwork, including scenic pics of downtown, Queen bey, and lyrics. Add a comfortable bed and a window that appreciates the sunrise and this is a year round winner Now there's one issue to cover that has NOTHING to do with this loft...but rather getting to it. I don't know what it was, but the lower floor leading to the loft smelled like a crime scene involving farm animals. Clear this and this spot is HTX creative perfection.

What a charming and convenient apartment. Close to all of our favorite spots on the Strand. Will definitely book again! Thank you for letting us stay at your great place!

This studio loft was a wonderful find in Houston. It's truly gorgeous inside, and the skylights add so much character and light. A big plus for us was being able to control our own temperature, and having a fan available was great for added comfort. The host thought of everything in the bathroom – soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and Q-tips were all provided. Practicalities were excellent too: easy self-check-in/out, convenient parking, and access to a washer and dryer were much appreciated. The host was communicative and very nice. We also enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood setting. Would definitely stay here again!

Truly thankful that Karen's cozy studio loft was available for the majority of my extended business trip in Houston. The loft was clean but also furnished and decorated with so much character and had all the amenities one would need. I'm now writing this review from my rather cold-looking hotel room, so I'm extra grateful that I could have that home away from home experience for the bulk of my stay. Check-in and check-out were really straight-forward. Karen is super friendly and really easily to communicate with. Got so many nice recommendations for how to spend my time outside of work in Houston. :)

Wonderful place very close to downtown Houston. Very clean, open space. Easy to park. Host is very responsive and helpful.

This was my first ever airbnb experience, and I cannot say enough good things about my stay! Everything about this listing was as advertised. Check-in process was easy as well as the check-out. Julio and Monica are very passionate in what they do and make a great team.

This is an absolutely Fabulous place to stay. For me, i live out of state and have a local business so i know the area, love the area and its close proximity to Houston/Galveston. Brenda's spot is a perfect size for a couple or more, has a great shower, great bedroom and nice kitchenette.. For the money, this is one of the cleanest and best price of any place i have ever stayed with Airbnb.. I recommed this place, and will be staying there every time im back to the area.. Thanks Brenda for a great time.
