Beautiful little house with everything we needed for a perfect weekend stay. The place was warm and comfortable, Sarah even changed the TV to a Smart tv before our arrival which was fantastic! Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were so comfortable. We also made full use of log burner during our stay, lovely cosy evenings sat next to the fire! The dogs loved exploring the enclosed garden, and was really handy having a side entrance so you could access the garden without having to walk through the house. Parking was fine and managed to park right outside the property. Highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back in the near future! I stayed at Kathryn's place over the New Year with my family (three adult couples, a 2 year old and 2 month old). It was just perfect! There was everything we could have possibly needed for the children (and more!!). Our daughter loved playing with the dolls' house. The house is beautifully done up and was very clean and well equipped. It was well located - just a few minutes walk to the centre of Witney. Kathryn was a great host - very responsive and kindly let us have an early check in and late check out. We'd love to come back again! Thank you!

Jessica's house was a great place to stay whilst enjoying Stratford-upon-Avon. It was an easy walk in to the centre of town which had great restaurants and good pubs. There was plenty of hot water for 6 of us and powerful showers. Parking for 2 cars. Comfortable beds. Great outdoor patio area. Good wifi.

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s place! It was exactly as described—clean, cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is extremely picturesque and perfect for a getaway. Melanie is a great host - friendly and responsive, offered great local recommendations and made sure everything was perfect. We had a tap breakdown but Melanie and Peter took care of it promptly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Sophie is the perfect host. She is incredibly helpful and responsive, and provided us plenty of information about local bus routes. We really loved our stay in their beautiful home, which is surprisingly quiet - a peaceful nook away from the bustling locale. Tastefully decorated, open and airy yet also cosy and comfortable. Clean, tidy and clutter free. The sofa bed provided is firm yet comfortable - we slept well every night! The provided clothes rail was a great addition, giving us a place to hang clothes. We were also provided a shelf in the bathroom, a kitchen cupboard, a drawer in the freezer and space in the fridge. So incredibly accommodating to say this is their home! I don't even know where to start with Kedi the cat. She is the friendliest and most polite cat that I have ever had the pleasure of spending time with. She is the perfect mix of independent and companionable. We shall miss her company so much! We would happily return. The perfect home away from home.

I spent a week at their place with my family as my house was being refurbished. We absolutely loved staying in this house. So spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Communication with James and Shelley was excellent and the lodger was very nice. We felt very welcome. Their garden is fabulous with lots of nice surprises. My daughter was also delighted. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay at Barn Cottage, the accommodation is spacious but cosy and beautifully furnished throughout, with lovely gardens and located within walking distance of Ledbury, which is a really lovely, interesting little town with loads of nice shops, restaurants and pubs. Thanks so much for being wonderful hosts and would highly recommend!

Lovely cottage which felt like a home from home. Excellent location, did not use the car once it was parked, Stratford Centre and Anne Hathaway's house were all walkable. Mirren was really helpful in giving advice about parking our second car.

We had such a lovely stay at Browns Cottage - it has been furnished and decorated to such a high standard and felt super luxury as well as being so homely at the same time. I won’t hesitate to recommend this stay to anyone, and hope we can stay again soon!

Great to hang out and close to town!

A really terrific stay. Incredibly kind and welcoming hosts and the house itself is stunning. We had a very special few days and hope we’ll get another chance to stay again.

Great 2 days in an absolute bang on location in a great house. Edward is a great hist who obviously takes pride in his properties. Will definitely be back sooner rather than later.

Great location, 5-8 min away from the city centre. Cozy large kitchen, and really great beds! We missed where to find the key (language propably). We struggled to get heat in the apartment (didn’t find any doc either) Details: would have appreciated more than 3 wine glasses and 6 knives and forks 😉

We had a fantastic 9-night stay and felt at home from the moment we arrived! The house is in a peaceful cul-de-sac, making it wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable — we slept so well! We loved the thoughtful, unobtrusive, little labels in the kitchen and around the house, which made everything easy to find. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. A footpath takes you straight to the market square in just 5 minutes — perfect for a morning stroll. Parking in front of the house was always easy. We truly enjoyed our stay!

lovely cottage and right in the middle of ross where everything is in walking distance , the car park over road is safe and not overly priced you can work it as its a 8 till 6 charges apply only so not chargable for the full 24 hours , man of ross pub and the royal hotel has fantastic food

A perfect stay in the Cotswolds! Jenny’s home was everything we hoped for and more—cozy, beautifully kept, and exactly as pictured. It felt like a real home, not a hotel, which was exactly what we were looking for. The village of Shipston-on-Stour was absolutely lovely—charming, walkable, and full of character. We loved being able to stroll to local shops, a couple of fantastic bakeries, and several excellent pubs just minutes from the door. Jenny was an exceptional host—kind, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. Her thoughtful communication made everything seamless. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. Lovely host, lovely property, unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kristy’s place. The property was less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre, but was in a nice and quiet location, so we had the best of both worlds. Inside, the house was very comfortable and spacious with a great kitchen. Kristy was very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions leading up to our stay, and helpfully registered our car for the parking permit which was very kind of her. I would happily stay at Kristy’s place again if we returned to Stratford again in future, and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great stay for 3 generations of the family. Enclosed small back garden. Parking wasn’t an issue. Short walk into town and the nearest pub was just a few minutes walk away. Rebecca’s place was really clean and had everything we needed. Lots of games to play with the kids. Beanbags were a hit in the kids room. They also liked having their own TV to watch. It was SUCH a treat to stay at this amazing Airbnb! It felt like having a 5* boutique hotel to ourselves. Every room had its own wow factor and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pictures somehow don’t do it justice. We stayed for a wedding at Caswell house which is an easy 10 minute drive away. Louisa was friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay that we will never forget :-)

We really enjoyed staying at Willow Cottage for a family Christening in Stratford over the back holiday weekend. The cottage is ideally located only a five minute walk from town. The rooms were comfortable and the cottage was clean. The kitchen was large and well equipped. Philip provided extensive instructions for access to the property and general tips. We will definitely recommend this cottage to friends and relatives who stay regularly in Stratford. Thanks!

We had a lovely weekend at Nigel's. Great for walking and exploring the area, including the town centre. I think the pictures do not do this house justice. Unique, quirky, and much bigger. Thank you.
