Everything was fine. The view from the window was unremarkable, with nothing in particular to focus on. The location is convenient, being close to the promenade.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully kept apartment. Everything was clean, the place had a lovely scent, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Overall it felt cozy and relaxing. Highly recommended!

We had great time staying in Fadi’s apartment. Place was well equipped and clean,baby crib and high chair was provided by host. Fadi was an amazing host,he was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

Mieszkanie ładne, zgodne z opisem. Wszystko było na miejscu, wszystkie udogodnienia tak jak w ogłoszeniu, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Okolica spokojna, w niedalekiej odległości od plaży. Przyjazny sposób zameldowania, wszystkie niezbędne informacje otrzymaliśmy przed przyjazdem. Bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt, dziękujemy :)

We absolutely loved our week at Susan’s villa. I was travelling with my husband, our two boys and my mum and there was plenty of space for all of us. It’s light and airy and well maintained. We loved having morning coffee on the little balcony with views of the hills. The decor is gorgeous and the little courtyard with hot tub is a real bonus. Kalavasos is a lovely authentic Cypriot village, good coffee places and a lovely taverna within 2 mins walk.

Excellent stay for our family holiday. We loved the huge kitchen and the big area in the front room. We made the most of the house and garden. Kitchen had everything to cook big family meals and didn’t want to leave :) also the area is nice- walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Highly recommended

Big company with children spent there NY holidays! It was nice, beautiful, all necessary equipment, table tennis, barbecue were there. And marvelous fire place made our holidays cozy and sweet. Thank you very much for the fast reaction at all our needs!

This stay was perfect for our family! We so enjoyed staying at Christina’s place. Between the toys for our kids, the private nature of the unit, as well as the comfortable amenities, we would gladly recommend this place to anyone else looking to book in greater Nicosia! An added plus is the fact that she does not use any harsh chemicals when cleaning the house.

We travel quite a lot, but so far it’s been one of the best accommodation we stayed in. It had everything we needed and even more - well equipped kitchen, beach accessories, comfortable bed, AC in both rooms etc. The flat is in the walking distance from the beach and some stores, and if you rent a car, you can easily reach a lot of beautiful places. The host was very responsive, kind and extremely helpful. We’ll be back for sure!

The location is great, right in the center, 2 minutes from the beach and a few minutes from attractions (Old Fort, Lazarus Church). Supermarkets are near and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and matched the description. It was quiet at night as the apartment is on the backside of the building, from where you get a view to Church of Lazarus. During our stay in February it was cold outside (1-8degrees) but the AC in all rooms help to warm up the apartment really nice. Kitchen is well equiped with all the things that you need. Demetrius is a friendly host and he welcomed us at check-in. He always was responsive and provided helpful information. For us it was even possible an early check-in. The only downside could be the eating place which is for 2 person's and is with high chairs, still we managed to solve this for a family of 4 by using the chairs and table from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment!

El departamento de Marina es muy amplio, agradable y limpio. Tiene todo lo que se requiere para pasar una buena estadía. Las sugerencias que nos dejaron de restaurantes y café fueron muy buenas. Tuvimos algunas dificultades con el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones, pero ellas estuvieron atentas intentando ayudarnos. Si bien el departamento no es tan céntrico, puedes llegar al centro en unos 25 min a pie. Si se alojan aquí les recomiendo la panadería de la esquina que tiene variadas cosas ricas para comer.

Despo's apartment was amazing! The whole family felt great there, it was home away from home. I can't find nothing to complain about. Surely would stay there next time when we visit Nicosia. 10/10
