Ev metroya 5-10 dakika uzaklıkta. Sabiha Gökçen havalimanına 7 durak. Ben tek kaldım ama 2 kişi rahatlıkla kalabilir. Ev sahibi çok hızlı cevap veriyor ve kendisi oldukça nazik birisi. Ev temiz, hiçbir sorun yaşamadım.

Sinem was an incredible host during our stay! She was quick to respond to all our questions and accommodated our requests in the most hospitable way. The apartment was incredibly clean and well taken care of — it is a beautifully decorated, gorgeous place to stay while also being located very centrally in Istanbul!

Hallo , wie schon auch beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gute Lage , Metro und Minibusse sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Bayram ist sehr hilfsbereit ist immer erreichbar wenn man fragen hat. Nur der einziger Nachteil ist dass die Wohnung im 5 Stock ist. Und das Haus kein Auszug besitzt. Aber sonst eine Top Unterkunft.

Good experience, I will book it next time. Value/money and the view to the sea! I like the location as it is closed to the running/walking path along the seaside. Parking was not always easy, but manageable to find (up to 5 walking minutes away). I saw bus stop, but did not use - cannot judge. Next to the house there is to a shopping mall, if you need something, lots of restaurants, for the grocery shopping better use delivery service, though there is a (expensive) supermarket in the mall. Internet connection was stable to work, but it is not suitable for the remote work as only has a small tea table. We had a little hiccup with the entrance magnet card, but our host sorted out it quickly with the security team. Note: read carefully description: things which are not listed are missing, do not assume it is there (like clutter and toilet paper), though it would be good to include it. Gym is 20 EUR for 1 time.

Herşey görseldekiyle aynıydı , dairenin deniz manzarası karsısında bir kahve içmek paha biçilmezdi . Temizliği ve merkezi yerde olması da ayrıca burayı tercih etmemize sebep oldu diyebilirim. Esenköy e gelirsek yine burayı tercih edeceğiz. Teşekkürler

Clean! Echt een aanrader.

We enjoyed our stay The view of the city was breathtaking. We spent our mornings just sitting in the balcony, sipping tea, and soaking in the peaceful vibe of the island, gently rocking in the chairs. The host was warm and welcoming. He even met us at the pier late at night after the ferry and gave us a ride to the house — such a thoughtful gesture. The house itself had the charm of an old, cozy home, with wooden furniture, soft rugs, blankets, and lots of cushions — it felt like a warm hug. We stayed at the end of April for about five days. It was a bit chilly inside because of the sea breeze, and we couldn’t really adjust the indoor temperature, but the thick blankets and endless cups of Turkish tea made it perfectly bearable.

Mekan anlatıldığı gibiydi. Personeller güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklıydı. Kaldığımız odada televizyon kumandasında problem vardı hızlıca sorunu hallettiler. Saç kurutma makinesi yoktu bunun sebebi de sürekli çalınmasıymış. Anlaşılabilir bir eksiklik bu bence. Onun dışında her şey iyiydi. Salon konforunu ve tasarımını sevdim. Sıcak bir ortam yaratıyor. Kesinlikle memnun kaldım.

Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!

Ali met us at the ferry terminal on our arrival and took us to our new home for a week. Ali was wonderfully hospitable and showed us around the house. The house was equipped with everything; a lovely garden to sit in with brick BBQ; lots of space for 6 of us; peaceful area - we loved it - located 10-15 mins from the terminal, a very pleasant stroll with many good eateries along the way. We would definitely stay again.
