Остановились в этой квартире в Тбилиси — заселение было глубокой ночью, и, несмотря на это, нас встретили без вопросов и с полной готовностью. Это редкость, и это круто. Квартира чистая, аккуратная, с тёплой атмосферой. Всё, что нужно, было на месте. Отличный вариант, особенно если хочется, чтобы по приезду тебя не просто пустили переночевать, а сделали это с заботой.

İyiki tercih etmişiz. İlk günümüzde biraz tedirgin olduk mahallenin ve şehrin yapısına yabancı olduğumuz için. Ama mariam da komşuları da çok güleryüzlü. Evin konumu heryere yürüme mesafesinde. Üst caddeye çıktığınız an rustavelli caddesine ulaşıyorsunuz. Ayrıca heryer tertemizdi. Tek yaşadığımız sorun pencere olmamasıydı, sabah olduğunu farkedemedik ve çok uyumamıza sebep oldu. Ama mariam evin konforu için elinden geleni yapmış. Çok teşekkür ederiz 💗

Such a lovely place! The apartment was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. What made our stay even better was Tazhutdin’s great hospitality. He was always quick to respond and made sure we had a comfortable experience. Highly recommend this place! ❤️

The house's rooms are incredibly bright and spacious, even better than depicted in the photos. Natali is exceptionally friendly and hospitable. She responds to messages promptly and with ease. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast in the garden and had an amazing BBQ, even in the rain, thanks to the large umbrella. The water was piping hot, and the shower was fantastic. Parking our big minivan in the house parking area felt safe and convenient with the remote-controlled parking door. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. When we requested an extra blanket, she kindly provided it for us. There was a minor issue with a leaky tap. The only other point worth mentioning is that the toilet tank takes a bit more than half an hour to reset for the next person. However, overall, we had an incredible time at Natali's house. I am truly grateful for the experience.

Расположение супер , в центре города. У квартиры закрытая территория. На первом этаже семья хозяина , второй этаж с отдельным входом весь для путешественников ) В квартире есть все необходимое и много спальных мест . Хорошая грузинская квартира Хозяин помогал во всех вопросах , которые у нас появлялись )

A good place for a family. The location is perfect for driving to the airport. We left 04:00 AM and it took 15 minutes to the airport. The host gave information about where to go for shoping. Thanks!

I had a truly wonderful stay here! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and kindness—it made all the difference. The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Its central location which made it easy to explore the city. What stood out most was the hospitality. My host went above and beyond to make me feel at home, safe, and truly enjoy my stay. Nea's apartment, would be your choice for elegant stay in Tbilisi. The apartment is equipped with all what you need, and the view is breath taking, with a big balcony. that is the most luxurious apartment you can get with such a great value. Near the metro and few minutes to all the fun in Tbilisi. Hope to visit this place again soon

The accomodation met all my needs and expectations. The flat is equipped with all necessities and it is situated in very heart of Tbilisi, surrounded by restaurants and cafes, which is only thing to take in consideration - it means a lot of noise on a street even at night.

This apartment has fantastic views and amazing location. So close to historical gastro street, however, the entrance to the courtyard is adjacent to a quiet street. There is a little noise from the road from the facade, but there is compensate unique views and excellent insulation from the neighbors in the building. The flat has intelligent vibe appropriate to the building style, space permeated with natural light and has retro comfortable furniture and dishes. The atmosphere is very cozy I felt there like at home. The host Nika quickly answered all our questions. It's been a wonderful two months here. I'm will be glad to come back to this place.
