Kathryn and her crew of animals were all very welcoming! Holly and the chickens were my dog’s favorites! We loved how secluded this place was, very nice to get away from the world for a couple of days. Yet, too not far from restaurants and things to do or see. Thank you for the fresh eggs and a great weekend Kathryn!

This place is a super nice and has cool features. Updates in the right places that make it very comfy and felt right at home. I highly recommend if you’re in the area. Very clear instructions and responsive host. We will surely stay again next year.

Audrey was amazing, we had another host cancel our reservation mid move cross country. I reached out to her and within minutes it was reserved and ready. The property was the most well stocked air bnb i have ever been to. Anything that you might have forgotten she thought of. Audrey was very responsive and there to help with anything. The house was clean and cozy. The area was quiet and close to anything you would need. I will be using this host again when we come into town.

Jessica was VERY quick to respond to a last min booking. I am from Peoria and need to come back home to see my grandmother that was hospitalized. Without taking time she accepted the request. What a gem! Betty's Place was perfect for us and our daughter while we were in town for a visit to Bradley University. It is walking distance to the college! Loved all of the vintage decor and it really felt like staying at our grandparents again. The host is very thoughtful and responsive. We would definitely recommend a stay at Betty's Place, especially if you are visiting Bradley!

Pete was responsive which made the booking smooth. His hospitality left a lasting impression on our guests. We look forward to booking with Pete in the future.

Place was cozy and host was extremely responsive to anything I needed. I have no complaints, but do want to point out that the stairs on the way down are wood/slippery so might be a challenge for senior dogs.

Brent’s place is amazing. He and his wife leave extremely thoughtful amenities and they have wonderful recommendations on places to go and places to eat. His place is EXTREMELY clean, has comfortable beds, and is quiet. We loved it!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Melissa responded well to our queries and was helpful throughout the visit. We had a good time walking Wilson around the park that is only a block away. Sat on the deck in the afternoon and evening and discussed our plans. Would recommend her tiny retro house

The hosts were both absolutely lovely, so kind and helpful! The home has so much attention to detail, it’s unbelievable. So cozy and fun, tons of super neat games to play and perfect places to hang out and enjoy the cozy vibes! The hot tub was clean and the spot is perfect, definitely would book anytime I’m in Peoria!

The house is as large, welcoming, clean, and was packed with amenities. Dimitar was a fantastic host! There were issues with scheduling that he straighten out in short order. I am new to Airbnb. Lucky for me, Dimitar was able to help me with all of my newbie issues!

Exactly as the listing shows, great views, beautiful decor. Hot tub was perfect and ready to use, simply open and enjoy. We will definitely be back if staying in Peoria.
