John was a lovely host, always friendly and up for a chat when we caught him. The house is in a great location & super easy to find! Albie, their cat, is the sweetest boy ever and often came over for snuggles! Would recommend staying here if possible :)

The place is designed beautifully, gorgeous interiors and attention to detail. It has a spacious and modern bathroom, big kitchen area and even a pantry! Really comfortable bed! Has a sofa that is a pull out couch. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Gorgeous!

Wonderful hosts and lovely cosy place for a small family. Very ideal for tournaments at Mercury Baypark Stadium. Reasonable distance to main shopping hubs if needed, otherwise nice and close to the beach too. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Amazing place to stay. Super cosy, spotlessly clean, & super comfortable bed. Thanks for being pet friendly, we loved our weekend away with our 2 year of Labrador. 2 minute walk to beautiful beach for her to run & swim. Lots of thoughtful little extras, milk & juice in fridge, tea and coffee supplies, dog towels & balls. Thanks Wendy for a wonderful stay

Loved this place! So close to the beach, great restaurants and place was perfect. We loved staying near the beach and Mountain at this perfect place. Super clean and safe!

Debbie was super friendly and really helpful. Even though we arrived late, she still came out to welcome us, which was so nice. Her place is warm, cozy, and super clean. We especially loved the bathroom – the design was beautiful! The beach is just a quick 4-minute walk, and Mount Maunganui is only about 10-15 minutes away by car. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

We loved our stay here, especially being so close to the beach & having a hot outdoor shower. The garage was spacious & we had wonderful access to the Mount shops. Very comfortable bed, very sunny open plan living space & we loved the washing machine. It’s very quiet and peaceful, despite being so close to downtown. We’d love to stay here again!

Comfortable spot with everything you need available at the house. Close to the beach, cafes, pubs and shopping centres, so can avoid getting in the car all the time. Thanks Val ☺️

Belinda was extremely hospitable and responsive the entire time my partner & I stayed here (2 nights). Even when she forgot to lay out the info welcome sheet for us, which I only needed for wifi details, she responded immediately with everything I needed. The view to the golf course is exactly what you would imagine, literally right next door! It’s absolutely breathtaking to look at while you sip some wine and have a nice warm dip in the hot spa. The spa is available to use 24/7 and is clean and well maintained; definitely the highlight of this stay! I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay at Mt Manganui; the price is absolutely worth the value. We will definitely be back again another time! ☺️ Thank you so much!

As always, Ken and Myra were great hosts and the place was a great place to stay. Great location close to the beach and the shops, bars, and restaurants.

A cute wee stay that was cosy, well presented with a very comfortable snug bed (too comfortable that we slept in). I will always check out this stay first when I need to be in town. Thanks Jo for having us and for all the extra wee things that made our trip easy, mush appreciated!

Jodie’s place was an easy check-in. Host was very responsive and the place looked exactly like the photos. Everything was in walking distance. Overall, very happy.
