As you return after a day of exploring Valdez, you will find your picnic table, BBQ grill, and fire pit waiting for your enjoyment. Sleeps up to 4. 1 Queen Bed, plus pullout sofa bed with linens. Located between Valdez and Thompson pass, this little "mini" offers everything you need to be comfortable on your stay. A short 13 mile drive from Valdez will have you nestled in the woods where you will enjoy peace and serenity. Newly renovated Studio-Style BnB offers a private bathroom, and a "mostly" full kitchen. (There is no range/oven, but there is a toaster, Air-Fryer, microwave, and hot-plate for all your cooking needs!) This unit is upstairs with about 12 steps to the top.

Hucklebeary House is a peaceful 2 bedroom house located a mile and a half from downtown. With a salmon stream running through the backyard, watch for the occasional black bear searching for huckleberries or grabbing a quick fish snack. We provide a cozy base to relax after a day of hiking, fishing or hunting. There is a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a Roku TV, and a chest freezer for your convenience, and a deck with chairs overlooking the stream and backyard.

Historic Thompson House

Thompson House is historic, quirky, unique and comfortable. It survived the 1964 9.2 earthquake and tsunami that caused Old Valdez to relocate to the new and present town site. An addition more than doubled the size of the original one room cabin which included an extensive remodel.
