These villas are within a small group of similar villas & are situated directly on a long white sand beach next to the Rotana 5 Star Resort where our guests may use facilities . On the resort there is a Marina area with restaurants/bars & facilities for Dolphin Watching , Sports Fishing & other boating activities. Kindly note that the Rotana Resort is at present closed.

My cozy studio apartment in Hawana Salalah invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy the immediate proximity to the beautiful white sandy beach, just a 5-minute walk away near the 5-star Rotana Hotel, where you can watch stunning sunsets and even dolphins from the jetty. Or simply head to the pool, which is located directly next to the apartment. The Marina, the heart of Hawana, is about a 10–15 minute walk away. There you will find restaurants, a bar, a club, as well as charming cafés.

New clean house in Hawana Salalah for 6 people

Lovely house, very quiet and relaxing. Fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday, within walking distance of many restaurants, marina, promenade and incredible beach. Our accommodation has 4 extra beds and a baby cot. 2 mobile very comfortable beds, 2 comfortable floor mattresses and a baby cot. Total 8 beds for adults and one for a child. Especially for you, I set up a Sony PS5 console with a few disks and brought a telescope, for stargazing
