No matter what weather or we don't want to go out, we still can enjoy view even if we sit in the house. So we decided to build Ardtreck. This secluded luxury getaway boasts 2 kingsize bedrooms, shower room, games room and kitchen/living room, with world class views over the loch to the Cuillin Hills, Talisker cliffs and Isle of Rhum. This shore front property offers a private garden and parking as well as direct access to shore and walks. Great for watching local wildlife. This is a self catering accommodation and the kitchen is stocked with all cooking facilities as well as some basic food, so on arrival you can just relax.

Woodysend is a selfcontained extension to our house.Separate entrance, light & spacious kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed that can accommodate extra guest/s. Red Mountain Garden Cottage (Self Catering)

Sorry - Children over 10 only. Red Mountain Cottage is beautifully and quietly situated on the edge of Carbost village, with stunning views overlooking Loch Harport and towards the Cuillin Mountains. This is a small, modern, but very well appointed cottage/cabin has been lovingly created to a high specification, including handmade beds and sills & a feature wall. The cottage sleeps 3, but is ideal for couples seeking a romantic break, as well as for sight-seeing, walking and climbing.

The Studio is a contemporary eco building, cosy whatever the weather, with a wood burning stove. It has been designed by award winning architects Rural Design. The Studio is close to The Cuillin mountains, Talisker Distillery, Loch Bracadale. You can walk out from the studio directly into the landscape to the beach, sea cliffs and beautiful birch woods. Opened in January 2020, the Gate Lodge is a charming octagon with plenty of original character. Warm and well-equipped, it has been completely renovated and sits within the grounds of a working conservation farm. Strictly No Smoking. Only a ten minute walk from Loch Bay Restaurant, the Stein Inn, Skyeskyns and Diver's Eye, the lodge is surrounded by nature and wildlife with stunning views. It offers the perfect, peaceful break. Recently renovated Cabin Cùil boasts stunning views over the Cuillin mountain range and Loch Harport. Situated in the idyllic township of Carbost, the Fairy Pools and Talisker Distillery are within a 10 minute drive with Portree just 25 minutes away. From the house, you can take a lovely coastal walk along the shores of Loch Harport. There's lots of places to eat nearby, including Café Cùil, The Old Inn & the Oyster Shed. Or enjoy a cosy night in beside the new wood burning stove!
