Downtown South Lake Tahoe/Casino corridor 7 minutes away if you hit the light right. There are several stairs to achieve this view, but not to worry, I have someone that shovels the stairs on those snowy days.

Beautifully maintained grounds with access to swimming pool, club house and tennis courts (summer only for pool and tennis). Very cozy, spacious 1 bedroom. Walking distance to Homewood Mountain Ski Resort in the winter and private beach summer and winter . Kayak's and paddle boards are available during season.. We except 1 small-medium dog 40lbs and under, by interview only.. You will be charged $25 dog fee.. The dog will not be left unattended in the unit without being confined to a kennel.. Don't let your dog on our furniture or beds...If you bring your dog without our knowledge you may be asked to leave.
