The apartment is modern and clean! The host gave detailed instructions and was responsive. It is also near the centre, about 10 10-minute drive, so really convenient.

Das wichtigste vorweg: wir waren mehr als zufrieden und unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Bereits im Vorfeld hatte Claires Assistentin Luisa Kontakt zu mir aufgenommen und erste Tipps gegeben, wie wir am Anreisetag zueinander kommen. Sie erwartete uns dann bereits in der Wohnung, um uns die Besonderheiten der Wohnung zu beschreiben (Heizung, Küche, Terrasse etc.) sowie ein paar Tipps zu geben, wo wir einkaufen können und wie wir schnell ins Zentrum gelangen. Diese Tipps waren Gold wert. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. An einigen Tagen gab es Flugzeuggeräusche, aber sie störten nur morgens und waren hilfreich, um den Tag nicht zu vergeuden. Im weiteren Verlauf hatten wir keinen Kontakt zu Luisa oder Claire, weil wir einfach rundum zufrieden waren. Jederzeit würden wir wieder in dieser schönen Wohnung Quartier beziehen. Beautiful place and had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend. Only issues were due to the lack of kindling and fire starters which were state in the job description. When we finally got in touch with our stay manager (the chat function was for the general company) he told us they weren’t available due to it now being BBQ season. The exact date that started wasn’t listed on the property description or rule book on arrival. Also it never stated that these amenities wouldn’t be available during that period. I felt the blame was put on us as customers for the mix up - which should not of been the case. Aside from that the property manager brought us some in a timely manner which partially made up for it! Aside from that it was a wonderful stay and we all had a brilliant weekend

I stayed in Yvonne's place for my last night in London and it was the perfect environment for a relaxing evening. Great views, ambiance, and within walking distance to the tube where you can get to central London in 30-ish minutes. There's a cafe and a few grocery stores right by the station for easy, quick breakfast options. It was simple to get to Heathrow - also an around 30 minute tube trip. For solo travelers, I felt safe walking around at night in the neighborhood from the station to the flat (~6 min walk) and the building was very secure. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place to stay that's relatively close to the airport but also can easily get into the more busy parts of the city
