Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, duży apartament z dużymi i przestronnymi sypialniami. Bardzo blisko morza i mariny.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft, und alles sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Zimmer schön eingerichtet und es gab mehrere Badezimmer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super – schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der große Garten war ein weiteres Highlight, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt sehr gut, nur in der Küche hätten ein paar zusätzliche Utensilien nicht geschadet, aber das war kein großes Problem. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

A beautiful villa with a big green garden and a nice and relaxing view of the sea . Depending on what you want to do , like relax on the beach , have a bike ride , get out on the sea with the canoe , or if is cold outside have a sauna time ,this place has it all . The host is very friendly and helpful . Will definitely come back !

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

My husband and I loved staying here! The owners were incredibly sweet and hospitable, and the room was warm, comfortable and well outfitted. We loved the charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and staying here in the off season is much more enjoyable, since you have the old town to yourself, no traffic or crowds. Ein super Gastgeber – proaktiv, herzlich und immer darum bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt! Das Haus ist neu und stilvoll gestaltet, genauso wie der Pool, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Die Umgebung ist außergewöhnlich ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Gleichzeitig ist man in nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto im Zentrum des bulgarischen Strandtourismus, mit einem breiten Angebot an Gastronomie, Minigolf, Kartbahnen und vielem mehr. Innerhalb einer Stunde erreicht man zudem Naturreservate, wunderschöne, breite Strände und charmante Altstädte. Ein absolut empfehlenswerter Ort für einen erholsamen und dennoch abwechslungsreichen Urlaub! Danke – wir kommen wieder.

La petite maisonette de Ivan est très agréable, l'espace extérieur avec ses nombreuses plantes est appréciable. C'est bien situé, proche de la plage avec des commmerces (excellent magasin de fruits et légumes) et restaurants à moins de 5 minutes de marche et possibilité de se garer sur place.

Гарне розташування, близько до центру та близько до моря. Поряд магазинчик. Трошки заголосно з дороги, але відпочинку не заважає. Наявність двох ванних кімнат великий бонус! Кухня повністю укомплектована - холодильник, морозильна камера, духовка, плита, посудомийна та пральна машини. Чистий постіль та рушники. Помешкання було дуже чистим, коли ми приїхали. Дякую за гарний відпочинок.

A beautiful place to rest and enjoy the Bulgarian seaside! The house was tastefully designed to take the guest away from the busy daytime in the city and provide a tranquil retreat. Add the pool and the starry nights and the vacation at the Yellow House becomes the perfect summer destination. All the hot spots in this part of the seaside are a quick drive away, including the beaches, restaurants, shops. We had a wonderful time and would definitely choose Manuela's house for our next visit to the Black Sea.
