The road is a bit narrow if you arrive with a car or van. But, it is very near to Yeongdeungpo Station..2 mins walk! With multiple convenient stores like CU and 7eleven,also fruit stalls ( very cheap price ). House is very clean,like new furnished furnitures and bedding. Complete set of kitchen with what you need - microwave, big fridge, water boiler. We even wash our clothes with their washing machine and dryer provided in the house. Very happy with that. Free wifi provided and host is quick to answer all our questions. Whatever the shortcomings highlighted to the host,and they are more than willing to assist. Thank you for the nice place to stay..for travellers into Seoul who going to stay here,get your Seoul Climate Card at 7eleven in the Yeongdeungpo station itself. Mr.Young Park..it is no regret staying at your place.

It was a good stay.. aside from the stairs everything is perfect. Thank you because we felt home with the good accomodation 🥰

내집처럼 편안하게 가족들과 하룻밤 보내고 왔습니다. 다만... 엘베가 없어서 살짝 아쉬웠고 장박 인원이 있어서 그런건지는 모르겠으나 이불에 냄새가 살짝나서 페브리즈 한통 사다가 뿌렸더니 괜찮았습니다. 그외 나머지는 만족 스러웠습니다.

Although place was a bit hidden, host was there to help us and showed us around. She was quick at responding and place felt safe and secure.

We had a pleasant stay. The location was good. 3min from the bus stop. The host was very responsive. On the way to the property we got lost and she helped us to navigate. We also got lots of recommendations on local restaurants , attractions.

I had a great stay at Sang Gil's rental. Everything was clean and he was very accommodating with early check in and helping me with my bags. I did forget to check the listing for an elevator and didn't realize there wasn't an elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor, but that's my own fault. I got some much needed exercise. Most attractions were 30-45 taxi ride(Gangnam, Namdaemun, Myeongdong.) I enjoyed the residential neighborhood and the lack of tourists. Haha. Definitely would rent here again! Love the huge terrace and household was fully stocked.

The place was very cozy and quite spacious for 2. We loved the location, with a convenience store, cute cafe, supermarket around and easy access to Gangnam station. The rooftop was a cherry on top. It was good to have an outdoor space where we could enjoy coffee in the morning.

Linda was very responsive to any questions during our stay! Place was small (studio), but cozy and was what we expected based on the pictures. Great location and easy access to line 6 itaewon station. Would definitely stay again when visiting itaewon!

신축건물이고 집안모든 빌트인 장치(히터,보일러 등)들이 좋았습니다. 주변이 깨끗하고 조용했어요. 서울로 특히 강남쪽으로 들어가기 편하고 빨랐어요(30-40분). 빨래/청소기를 따로 4층가서 해결해야하긴 했지만 적응하니 괜찮았어요. 체크인 체크아웃 모든 편하고 원활했습니다. 다시 한국방문시 다시 이용할 의향있어요. 가족들에게도 추천하고 싶어요.

I actually can't wait to come back and stay again. I love the location (pack light though because the stairs can be treacherous with large luggage. Neughbors packages can be on the steps). We were never bothered by the lively surroundings. The apartment is cozy and peaceful and the rooftop is stellar. Any time that I needed a recommendation for food or even help with a taxi, Hasung was super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend the location and the host. The lamp on the table can be a bit emotional/moody but we called him Bob and talked nicely to him and he's now a very fond memory from our Itaewon stay. lol. Thanks for sharing your space!

6명의 가족의 긴 여행에 너무나 합당한 숙소였습니다.방 3개는 깔끔했고 에어컨도 잘 작동했습니다. 별도로 마련된 세탁실이 있어 빨래를 할수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다 넉넉한 주차공간이 한국에서 차를 운전해야 하는 스트레스를 확실히 줄여줬네요 관리자님이 늘 친절하게 수건을 넉넉히 가져다 주셔서 정말 편안한 시간 보내고 갑니다. 다음 여행때도 다시 찾고 싶은 곳입니다

Beautiful spacious luxury apartment in central Gangnam area!! Everything was so spotless and clean! The views were awesome. Very high tech with heated floors, great air conditioning, and we loved having a steamer and washer/dryer. We also appreciate all of the kid friendly amenities like a high chair, kid utensils, and toys/books. Would highly recommend, and we will stay again if we are in the area!

Ted, our host, was extremely kind and attentive throughout our stay, responding very quickly to all our requests. The facilities are excellent and the location is perfect, close to restaurants, nightlife and with the subway practically on the doorstep. It's a shame we only stayed one night. Congratulations to Ted and the entire team.

Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und hat sich angefühlt wie 2 Wohnungen. Sehr praktisch mit 2 Badezimmern. Im ersten Stock hat es sehr viele hair salons, Cafés und convenience stores. Leider ist die Wohnung ein wenig außerhalb des Zentrums, aber mit dem Auto oder Taxi ist alles gut erreichbar. Sehr praktische Parkplätze im Keller. Ein Supermarkt ist auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin war auch immer freundlich und hilfreich. Die Terrasse war ein Highlight. Sehr schöne Aussicht, weil die Wohnung im 42. Stockwerk ist. Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung!

호스트님 정말 친절하시고 집이 깨끗하고 지내기 정말 편했습니다. 중장기 숙박으로 최고인 숙소입니다. 곳곳에 수납공간이 많아서 집이 깨끗한 상태로 작업에 집중하기 정말 좋았습니다. 추석 앞뒤로 혼자만의 공간이 필요했는데 흠 잡을 곳이 없었어요. 인테리어나 수납 꿀팁도 배워가실 수 있으세요! ㅋㅋ 압구정로데오 쪽 맛집 배달 받을 수 있고 한강 및 오솔길 걸으면서 힐링도 가능합니다 ㅎㅎ 주차도 편하게 했구요. 경비아저씨도 무척 친절하세요. 원하시는 날짜에 예약이 열려있다면 진심 주저마시고 예약 고고하시는 것 추천합니다. 아침에 일어나서 들어오는 햇살과 푸른하늘 그리울 것 같습니다! 😊

The location was the perfect distance from everywhere I needed to be, without being too close to the hustle and bustle! Seunghun was super responsive and helped us with whatever we needed! Would definitely stay again. Probably my only issue is the hardness of the bed, but it was easily overlooked by how great the rest of the apartment was!

It was my first time travelling to Korea, so I was initially worried but Jungwon welcomed me so warmly and even helped me carry my luggage up the stairs! It was lovely to meet Jungwon, and they were very understanding with my delay when I checked out. The airbnb is small, but in a cozy way. The rooftop view was lovely to wake up to as well. The only things that may concern others could be the separated bathroom and then the lack of an elevator. The bathroom is not connected to the main area of the airbnb, so you would have to exit the main door to get to the bathroom, and the airbnb is located at the top floor but there is no lift, meaning you would have to trek up 5 flights of stairs, but these were not big problems for me! The airbnb is also located in a good area, and is near both Jamsil Station and Songpanaru Station, which was super convenient! It was a wonderful stay at this airbnb, and I hope to cross paths once again in the future! Thank you~

Logement conforme à l’annonce. Logement spacieux et parfait pour 2 familles. Lave-linge et sèche linge à disposition. La terrasse est un plus pour se relaxer. Bus et métro à proximité. Hôte très réactif et attentionné. Parfait pour un premier séjour à Séoul! Grand merci.
