KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. The bonus is we live on 2 acres, tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. Our pool is deep & cool; we have bikes to borrow. The container is perfect for a solo traveler, or a couple.

The well water is sulfur and tanic, so please bring drinking water! Sleeping loft for two more guests upstairs. Springs galore in this section of the Suwannee. Diver's paradise, "Peacock Springs" network is a short drive. Springs map provided. Conditions vary with river. It is advised to check with your host a week prior.
