Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Seafront apartment and first row to the sea in our family house with traditional Dalmatian restaurant overlooking the sea. Just 4 km far from the Old City and center, 2 km from the Port and 2 km from ACI Marine! Has one bedroom with double beds and extra bed (couch) in living room. The apartment is very well equipped: has LCD TV, Wi-Fi, air-condition, washing machine, good equipped kitchen and there are several free public parking places in front of it, but we do not have private parking place.

Udoban jednosoban stan, smješten u lijepom i mirnom okruženju poluotoka Dubrovnika Lapad. Apartman ima prostrani balkon s pogledom na more. Apartman je 150 metara od mora i na minutu je udaljen od šetnice Uvala Lapad! Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice.
