Well kept clean old house and furnishings. Terrific unobstructed view of the Hudson from two of the bedrooms and living room facing East. I loved sitting by the bay window in the master bedroom with the sun shining in watching barges on the river and with views of the town of Hudson on the far side of the river. The owners stuff was in the closets and refrigerator and freezer full of her food but that did not bother me. I appreciate having condiments, salt, sugar and pepper available. There is a washer/dryer but no dishwasher and only one bathroom. Also no shades on the East facing window in the master bedroom so light streamed in at sunrise.

Cooper Creek was above and beyond what we expected for our weekend stay. Eileen was an exceptional host in every way. She has just about every amenity for a family stay you could think of, plenty of space for everyone and a very cozy aura. She even made homemade muffins and bread for us. I have stayed at many airbnb’s and this one is by far top notch and one of my favorites!

Katie and Liam’s place worked out perfectly for my teenage daughter and myself during our three night stay. It is very comfortable and cozy and also specious enough to stretch out and relax. It is close to running trails which was good for my daughter. Very easy to communicate with the hosts as well. -Meg

We were a 3 generations family staying in Oneonta for a baseball tournament. Melissa’s home was very comfortable, had indoor & outdoor spaces & suited our family perfectly. It was extremely clean, had everything we needed & centrally located for our games. She made sure we had everything we needed & was quick to respond. A really good experience!

We had a weekend youth retreat and stayed at Alan’s spacious home. We had a great time together. the home was as described, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and everything was clean and in good condition. Would definitely recommend for a big group!

Nolan was extremely responsive and accommodating. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our 2-night stay. The open floor plan of the kitchen and living space was great. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Jerry’s place! The apartment was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. I really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the surroundings. My daughter and I had plenty of space to spread out. John’s place is very comfortable, clean, and charming. Thoughtful touches like extra hooks, suitcase stand, and bench at the entry to take off our wet shoes after a rainy Spring day in Hudson. Easy walk to great coffee shop and restaurants. Would definitely return!

We stayed there for a week of work. It was centrally located and close to everything we needed. The place was clean, comfortable and peaceful. Yes, we would like to do it again in the future.

Obwohl die Unterkunft eine sogenannte Souterrainwohnung war (auf einer Seite sieht man die Füße der Vorbeigehenden; die andere Seite hat jedoch einen Zugang zum Innenhof) haben wir (3 Pers.) uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Dadurch, dass wir tagsüber immer in NY-City waren hat es uns auch nicht weiter gestört. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Im nahen Umfeld gibt es e. kl. Minimarket, kleine Restaurant (Take-away, Asiaten, Mexikaner, Brasilianer, super nettes Frühstücks-Cafe usw.) Ein größerer Supermarkt ca. 15 Min. entfernt (zu Fuß). Noch 1 Block weiter gehen und man sitzt am Ufer vom Hudson-River. Genialer Blick auf die Skyline; etwas nach rechts gehen Miss Liberty. Zur Station "Groove" vom "Path" sind es nur 5 Min. Mit dem Zug ist man in 20 Min in Manhattan World-Trade-Center. Nur dicke Socken oder Hausschuhe sollte man dabei haben. Der Boden war schon recht kühl (April). Am Ende waren wir froh nicht Downtown zu sein. Die Gegend hat Charme.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

Sarah gave clear and easy to follow instructions and the space was exactly what we needed. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and it was well-worth what we paid.

I stayed here for a week this winter. The place is the perfect size for two or three people to share and the deck is beautiful. I will be back.

Great condo for a family of five. Plenty of space and everything was clean and inviting. our kids especially loved the loft stocked with games and toys.

Perfect little beach bungalow for our weekend trip! Had everything we needed; towels, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen supplies. Everything was very clean and just like the pictures. Even though it was off season there were still plenty of places to walk to get coffee, food, and ice cream! I would love to visit during warmer months to take advantage of the beach, outdoor furniture and shower, the kids would have loved that!

Allways like staying here . Feel right at home. Easy parking and easy walking .

Airbnb looks just like the pictures and was a perfect stay for my family and I! I loved the layout and the hosts made sure we were equipped with all we needed! Apartment was very clean & comfortable! Enjoyed our stay & would stay again!!

The condo was very clean and updated. It was exactly as described/shown in the pictures with an amazing view. Location is in a nice quiet area and has the supermarket/restaurants right down the road. Roger was very responsive and the check in and out process was very easy with the instructions he provided. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying here again!

Place was impeccably clean, and just a block from the ocean. So just about perfect. Looked just like the photos. Beds were very comfortable. We had small issue with WiFi after checking in, and a little trouble getting response from John, but all was resolved early the next morning. All-in-all, it was a great stay and we will plan to stay there again if we are in the area. I highly recommend.
