Our newly refurbished cosy cottage is located in the quiet village of Pinchbeck. Within walking distance there are 2 shops, butchers, Chinese takeaway,chip shop, pub and a lovely garden centre with an exceptional cafe. Our cottage has a fully functioning kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and washer/dryer. We have a double bed and sofa bed in the lounge so can comfortably sleep 4 adults and a fully enclosed garden patio with seating. Maximum 1 pet per per stay
