Butler Corner is located in Midtown and sits on a corner lot in a nice quiet and charming neighborhood just minutes from Downtown. We invite you to stay a while in this comfortable space and think of it as your home away from home. ***Please keep an eye out for posted road signs, I recommend using Google or Apple Maps to help navigate the temporary one-way directions. Completion late Fall 2026

Midtown Getaway- Private entrance and bathroom!

Just over 2 miles from downtown. This is a private room attached to our house with a separate entrance. The room has a double bed, full private bathroom, closet space, a kitchenette, and seasonal access to the outside deck and hammock. Includes heating and cooling controls, a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, cups, plates, and utensils. Coffee, tea, snacks, ice provided. Great for late night arrivals or early departures! The space is quaint- room & bathroom- 185 sq. ft. total

The Blackberry Cottage

This adorable 1950's cottage is located in the heart of Midtown Bend, within walking distance to local coffee shops, restaurants, parks and Pilot Butte State Park, and less than a mile away from downtown Bend. Two light-filled bedrooms both have double French doors leading out to a large back deck and a fenced, private backyard. A cozy living room, and eat in kitchen make this home the perfect place for a small family or a few friends to share. Serene fenced back yard space with hot tub.

Stay, relax, and rest in The Guest Nest! Delightful, comfortable, well-lighted, and close to everything! Your are at "nest level" in my upstairs apartment. My goal is to provide a welcoming comfortable place for you to stay! ! In return, I request that you treat my Guest Nest with care and respect-- just as you'd want guests in your home to do. I clean and manage everything myself and do my best to make it perfect for you! (Please note there is an extra charge for a 3rd person)

The Fresca Studio has a kitchenette, hot tub, BBQ & bikes. Downtown Bend is a few miles away, McKay cottage, Deschutes River Trail & Sawyer park are a short walk, and all things Bend eat, drink, biking, hiking, skiing are all close by. The studio is separate from the main house w/ a private entry & patio, fully furnished, and easy access to/from the highway and parkway. Not suitable for children under 5y/o, 2 guests only and children are considered guests. No pets. See you soon!

Take a hike on Pilot Butte, or stroll through the charming streets of downtown. You'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby to enjoy.

We built this home out of a passion for creating welcoming spaces. Years ago, we renovated a motel on the coast - an experience that sparked our love of hospitality and shapes how we host today. We live around the corner with our kids, a golden retriever, and a few cats. Mike’s a local realtor, and Betsy manages business ops for the local fire department.
