Enjoyed every minute of our stay! The dogs loved the location and driving on the beach was a lot of fun. 2 stallions walked through the dunes directly off the porch. The house was cozy and all we needed!

We loved our stay at Kasita Barceló. The house was beautiful, clean and big enough to comfortably fit 10 of us. The house was fully stocked with all basic necessities which really helped us at meal times. The host was very accommodating and super helpful anytime we had a question. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable house with fantastic water view. We enjoyed watching the eagles and osprey and seeing the stars at night.

We really enjoyed our stay the beach was walking distance and we got to enjoy the hot tub will come again in the future and do recommend anyone to stay here beautiful house peaceful place and host was very kind and informative.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house and ample space for our large group. House exceeded my expectations. Short walk to the beach. House had plenty of beach toys for the kiddos and beach chairs. Had to reach out for check-in instructions the day of check-in, and the initial code provided did not work, but host was responsive and got us in quickly.

Our stay in this home was such a treat! We enjoyed utilizing the kayaks to boat around in Chesapeake Bay. The hot tub was an absolute delight, perfect for evening stargazing, saw lots of shooting stars, and could see the water of the bay from the hot tub. We also enjoyed doing November cold plunges from the hot tub to the pool. While the living room is not expansive, it fit our needs for family game & movie nights. The bed linens were so comfortable, and Lori was beautifully responsive & friendly when we would reach out with a question. We also enjoyed the nearby Sandy beaches.

This home was exactly what we needed - a beautiful, relaxing space with wonderful views. Every home along the private road is lovely - the azaleas in bloom during our April stay were stunning! The house itself was clean and had every amenity. The outdoor space was fantastic! We enjoyed our time sitting and rocking and looking at the river. We drove in to Williamsburg twice. It was a bit of a drive, but was worth it. Gloucester is a cute town and we did a little shopping & eating. Don’t hesitate to book this home!

Everything was wonderful, easy to get in, and our host John was very helpful and friendly. Hotub was clean no trash in the yards felt just like home. comfortable beds the walkway to the beach was very private enjoyed that as well. Overall our stay was amazing and would love to be able to stay there again. We had so much fun <3 provided us with some detergent to wash clothes I thought that was thoughtful.

Villa Positano is a real gem! The location is perfect (direct access to the beach, very close to supermarkets and restaurants). The home is well-appointed with all amenities a family or group of friends would need, the kitchen / dining / living area is well stocked and smartly put together, the master bedroom had great views of the beach, the beautiful salt water pool was delightful, all the things anyone would ever need for a beach holiday (read: bbq, beach umbrella and chairs) was available, and the cherry on top, their gorgeous gramophone with old Italian records, made our short stay truly memorable. Roger was a wonderful host, helpful and kind, and responsive to my questions when we arrived. My family including our two dogs felt right at home instantly and were sad to leave. We will definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend!!

This is a charming spot in Murfreesboro, North Carolina. As a parent of a Chowan Baseball player, I wish we had found this gem sooner. Comfortable place to stay to visit your favorite Hawk and give them a good home cooked meal. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Phil and Donna’s beach house in Norfolk! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, whether short or long-term. We really appreciated the keyless entry and all the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Being able to bring our dog was a huge plus—she had a great time too! Phil and Donna were wonderful hosts, and everything about our stay was truly perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

My parents and I stayed here for four days. It was the perfect peaceful getaway for us. The place was really cute, two bedrooms with queen size beds, a large bathroom, and the cutest kitchen-living room area. Gloucester is a sweet town to hang out in, and the host gave some great recommendations for local places to check out. Wonderful place, we will be coming back!!

We came here for a quick few nights and it was absolutely perfect. Susan was a great host. It was in a great location and there was lots in walking distance to do! We had a great time and would definitely come back and stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay with our puppy! Chuck was very thoughtful and welcoming with the many amenities available. We felt right at home and it's so close to restaurants and the water. Looking forward to our next visit!

My wife and I had an amazing time staying here! While we wanted to explore Williamsburg and Richmond, we spent half of the days there just enjoying the lake. Those were my favorite days. In all, a really great place to read, play board games, snack on food, and sit by the water.

We stayed in the off season, and the houses nearby were unoccupied. It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The house was perfect and Kimberly was very friendly and communicative. We’ll definitely rent this house again!

This place was just amazing. The views of James River, and even the Jamestown settlement across the river (using binoculars) was just mind-blowing! Kevin and Jamie left a wide variety of amenities that were extremely thoughtful and useful, to include hygiene products, charging cords (which was a life saver because for literally the first time ever, I forgot my phone and iPad cords), coffee, and even a margarita kit! The cottage is so cozy, and was very clean. I’m definitely going to book here again.

Leslie’s place was a nice roomy cottage on the lake! In a great location with a really pretty view out back-we went out every morning and evening to see the ducks and cranes! The house had everything we needed and the couches and beds were very comfy. Leslie was very responsive and gave us some great advice while we were there! We will probably stay again in the future!

Much-Needed R&R for Two Lovebird Entrepreneurs We arrived at Norfolk Airport just after midnight, flying in from Rochester, NY. To avoid disturbing neighbors or our host, I reserved the Airbnb for 4 PM. When Diane learned of our situation, she graciously offered an early check-in after our flight. Unfortunately, delays pushed our arrival to 7 AM, but Diane ensured everything was ready. Cooter’s Cabin truly exceeded our expectations! The attention to detail is remarkable. Upon entering, we were greeted by the delightful aroma and thoughtful touches, including balloons, candy, and a heartfelt anniversary card. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked, making our stay incredibly convenient. The cozy living room offered endless entertainment options, while the outdoor amenities—fishing gear and a fire pit—provided perfect relaxation. Diane is one of the most welcoming hosts you’ll ever meet. Thanks to her, our anniversary was incredibly special. We can’t wait to return!

We had a terrific time at Jimmy’s cottage on the beach. You are just steps away from the water and can settle in right there with beach chairs or walk for miles on a fine sandy beach. There is always a ship or two to watch. The cottage has everything you need and has a great layout for privacy with one bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the house. The cottage is clean, has everything you need for relaxation and if you want, cooking something up. There is outdoor seating, a table and chairs, a grill and a hammock to while away your time in the sunny afternoon. Jimmy is incredibly friendly and responsive to any issues or needs you may have. He even let us check in early the first morning as the cottage was available. The towels and linen are super comfy as are the beds. It’s a great place to unwind and relax. Terrific seafood at Willoughby by the Bay which is just down the road at the end of the Spit. It’s a dive but the food is five star. Jimmy’s cottage is wonderful!

My husband and I spent a week at the beach cottage. The location is unbeatable, just steps to the beach. If you are not fond of the sand, you can sit in the porch and enjoy the view. You will not want to leave! The house was clean and exactly as pictured. Cecilio and his wife answered promptly all of my questions about places to eat and things to do. If you enjoy fishing, the Ocean View pier (longest in the State of Virginia) is just a half a mile walk from the house, or a short drive. You can rent fishing poles, buy bait, and feel like a local. You can also get some crab traps and get blue crabs. The pier has a restaurant with a nice view and a full bar. The beach right outside the house feels private. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a good book. If you like water activities, the cottage has plenty of beach gear, including paddle boarding, and kayaks. We wanted to relax and reconnect, and this place was the perfect spot for us. Highly recommended.

Such a great location - just a short walk from the beach. Front porch is a great place in the mornings and evenings. The dining room and living room fit our group well and we squeezed in the bedrooms (4 couples + 6 kids all 3 and under) but it was perfect since we spent most time outside anyways! Adam was super helpful and quick to respond when we needed a few items. Would definitely visit again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ritta’s place! It was close to the event we were staying at, any questions I had she answered fast! The house was beautiful as well as the location! She had great recommendations. We felt right at home and my son enjoyed every minute of his birthday weekend! We can’t wait to come again one day!
