Great apartment, two large bedrooms with large beds. The balcony opens on three sides, access to the balcony from all rooms and the kitchen. It 's clean and there 's everything you need . The sea is 200 m away, a great beach. Restaurants on the shore. Everything is great! I recommend it!

Ideal apartment with very modern furnishings and all of the conveniences I could ever imagine needing. A big plus for the traveler is the washing machine that also functions as a drier - extremely useful. Overall a great place for short or long-term stays. Nearby street parking was always easy to find. From our perspective the apartment is in an ideal location in the city of Crotone: it is at the extreme north end of the public seaside walkway, which we found the most enjoyable part of the city to spend time in. It is worth being aware that the apartment itself is in the corner of a building on ground level next to small streets that are busy with pedestrian and vehicular traffic; there is no private outdoor space, and for security reasons guests will want to keep their frosted windows or window shutters closed (louvres open if one likes) for security reasons.

Wohnung wie beschrieben, klein aber fein. Wir wurden von Leandro herzlich mit Wasser und Früchten empfangen. Unkompliziertes Check-in. Wir durften alles was in der Wohnung zu Verfügung stand benutzen (zB: Waschmittel, Putzmittel, Oel, Gewürze etc). Sehr zentral gelegen, alles zu Fuss erreichbar, viele Restaurants und Pubs in der Nähe. Meer nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Parkplätze auf der Strasse. Soverato hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen wieder.

Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house! Carolina è una host gentilissima e attenta, la casa ha un ampio spazio verde sia davanti che dietro, la cucina è ben attrezzata e il secondo bagno esterno con doccia e lavanderia è comodissimo. L'accesso alla splendida spiaggia di Curmo è comodo e spettacolare. Le camere da letto spaziose e dotate di aria condizionata. Unico neo, non di responsabilità dell'host, è un campeggio nelle vicinanze che impone la babydance ad un volume da denuncia con urla di presunta animatrice ogni maledetta sera dalle 21.30 fin dopo la mezzanotte.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Henry verbracht. Die Wohnung haben wir äußerst sauber vorgefunden und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles was man tun täglich leben benötigt, war zur Verfügung gestellt. das Highlight war natürlich Curmo Beach. Dies ist einer der schönsten Strände, an denen wir je waren. Einziger Hinweis an Menschen mit eingeschränkter Fitness. Die Stufen die zum Strand führen und vor allem wieder den Berg hoch, sind nicht zu unterschätzen.

Gwarantowane zadowolenie :) dom posiada trzy osobne apartamenty z osobnymi wejściami (każdy z nich ma łazienkę) i osobną kuchnię, co zapewnia prywatność nawet w przypadku wyjazdu większej grupy osób. Domek jest w pełni wyposażony- kuchnia (zmywarka, pralka, mikrofala z funkcją grilla, płyta indukcyjna itp), jak i pokoje (ręczniki, pościel, żelazko, tv z netflixem, wifi). Dom posiada prywatny, duży basen ze słodką wodą oraz leżaki, również wiekszą kanapę na zewnątrz z zadaszeniem, gdzie można odpocząć od upału :) prywatna plaża znajduje się tuż obok, jest zamykana na bramkę. Możliwość bezproblemowego pobytu z psem była dla nas dużym atutem! Poza tym bieżący kontakt z osobą która zajmuje się zameldowaniem- Francesca, niezwykle pomocna i sympatyczna osoba :) byliśmy jeszcze przed sezonem (przełom maja i kwietnia), ale w okolicy jest co robić nawet w przypadku gorszej pogody. Jeśli tylko dom jest wolny to polecam rezerwować ! Na pewno wrócimy :)

Wir hatten ein ganz tolles Mädelswochenende und konnten die Zeit in vollen zügen genießen. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und hatten zusätzlich einen kleinen Mietwagen, um kleinere Besorgungen vor Ort zu erledigen. Der Ausblick und der Pool mit Poolhaus ist einfach perfekt. Wer gerne viel Schatten haben möchte, sollte sich jedoch gut ausstatten, da man direkt am Pool keinen Schatten findet.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Pizzo, dans l'appartement de Maria, qui a été une hôte exceptionnelle, adorable, réactive, compréhensive, surtout à notre arrivée avec un jour de décalage suite à une "mésaventure" à Rome, elle nous accueilli avec du lait et des gâteaux pour réconforter les enfants. L'appartement est très grand, avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, le linge, 2 salles de bains, et 2 chambres, l'équipement était parfait, et sans oublier la climatisation indispensable pendant l'été. La piscine était très agréable, et la plage accessible à pieds à 300 mètres. La résidence était très calme, idéale pour notre famille. Et en plus, un glacier proche de la résidence "Gelataria Enrico" pour déguster leurs glaces artisanales et locales, les "tartufo di Pizzo" qui sont un régal. Les meilleures villes à visiter et plages sont Tropea, Scilla (village de Chianalea), Pizzo, reggio Calabria. Merci encore Maria pour ce séjour, nous recommandons fortement son appart.

L’appartement est génial! Spacieux et très bien aménagé avec tout se qu’il faut. Une belle terrasse sur le toit. 2 piscines dans la résidence c’est top pour les enfants. Très bel accueil de la part de Jeannette 😁.

Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt in meinen Augen zu 100%. Als kleine Familie waren wir zu viert dort. Mehr Personen würde ich nicht empfehlen, weil der Platz knapp sein würde. Die Kommunikation, der Empfang von Denis wären stets einwandfrei. Wenn etwas gefragt wurde und wir Hilfe benötigt haben, z.B. Stromauswahl, wurde schnell und zielführend geholfen. Man sollte ein Auto haben, sonst wird es mit dem Einkaufen und die Gegend anschauen schwierig, weil der Wohnkomplex ziemlich abgelegen ist, was für einen entspannten Urlaub gar nicht so schlecht ist. Wir können das Objekt zu dem angebotenen Preis ohne Abstriche weiterempfehlen und danken den Gastgebern für alles.

J’ai passé un super séjour inoubliable avec mes deux filles . Le logement disposait de tout ce qu’il fallait mais surtout la résidence possède une plage privée qui est juste magique un petit coin de paradis . Il faut traverser une petite forêt très sympathique pour s’y rendre . La piscine est très propre et spacieuse . Merci on va garder un super souvenir de cet endroit . ♥️♥️♥️

Abbiamo soggiornato per 11 giorni nell'alloggio di Marco e ci siamo sentiti immediatamente come a casa. L'alloggio è appena ristrutturato, completo di tutti i servizi, la posizione è spettacolare perché a due passi dal Castello Aragonese, dal centro, dalla spiaggia. Abbiamo anche avuto la fortuna di poter parcheggiare sempre la macchina davanti a casa. Marco e i suoi genitori sono persone disponiblissime, cordiali, gentili, ci siamo davvero sentiti subito a nostro agio. Alloggio super consigliato per posizione, confort e soprattutto per i proprietari!

It was a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful house! The accommodation is as shown in the photos and the services mentioned are all available and included in the price. The views are stunning and you can get to the small beach via a fairly comfortable path, just a bit steep uphill. I will definitely be back, thank you for everything!

Great place in Soverato, very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Good location and easy parking in a big parking lot just around the corner. Check in and check out were very easy and the host was very responsive and available and made sure all was well. Would definitely stay here again! Great value, thank you, everything was perfect!

We had a fantastic stay at Claudio's Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, spacious and just a short walk away from the most beautiful beach! Claudio was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. He promptly answered any questions we had during our stay. Overall, our experience was wonderful and we would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Caminia. Thank you, Claudio, for making our stay memorable!

Sehr schöne und top ausgerüstete Unterkunft gleich beim Strand. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

La casa è immersa in una splendida pineta vicina al mare. Sono presenti altri alloggi, ma i rispettivi spazi esterni sono a uso esclusivo. Al ritorno dal mare la pineta è stata un autentico buen retiro: doccia esterna, due tavoli, sdraio e griglia in muratura. Insomma, posto ideale per godersi il silenzio, la natura e il cielo stellato. La pineta si trova a pochi km dal comune di Isola di Capo Rizzuto ma nelle vicinanze ci sono un market e un bar. A pochi passi dall'alloggio c'è una spiaggia appartata e bellissima. Sabbia rossastra, mare cristallino e ricco di pesci (località Le Cannella è parte dell'area marina protetta di C. Rizzuto). La discesa a mare è semplice, ma piuttosto scoscesa: non adatta a tutte le età e le ginocchia. Nei dintorni ci sono comunque spiagge altrettanto belle, talvolta di più facile accesso. Ottima la comunicazione con il mitico Mario. Cos'altro aggiungere? Torneremo appena possibile con gran piacere.

Abbiamo alloggiato per una (sola, ahimè) settimana nell'appartamento di Antonio, host da 5 e più stelle: premuroso, gentile e davvero disponibile, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare un pensiero graditissimo ed inaspettato. L'appartamento molto ampio, con due bagni e balconi, situato nel cuore di Soverato, a due passi dagli stabilimenti/spiaggia libera, in posizione centralissima e circondato da tutti i servizi di cui si può aver bisogno. Che dire: ci e dispiaciuto andare via! Ve lo consiglio vivamente anche perché persone come il Signor Antonio sono veramente rare.

I would recommend this place for anyone staying at Catanzaro Lido! The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment is super cute, clean, comfortable and well located. There are great restaurants near by, right at the beach and they provide anything you need :)
