Ab Mai 2025 gibt es im Garten eine Sauna sowie ein Whirlpool mit wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge. Liegestühle und Sitzmöglichkeiten laden im Garten zum Verweilen ein.

Die Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich direkt am Mondsee mit malerischen Blick auf den Schafberg. In unmittelbarer Nähe(ca.200bis300m)nur durch die Uferstraße getrennt, befinden sich zwei öffentliche Bademöglichkeiten,die zu Fuß oder mit den Fahrrad zu erreichen sind. Das öffentliche Strandbad Loibichl ist ungefähr 3 km und das Ortszentrum Mondsee 8km entfernt. Die Festspielstadt Salzburg ist mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Berge und Umgebung laden zum Wandern und Biken ein.
