We stayed here for our Coachella trip and boy was it awesome! This place is so beautiful and the perfect location. Private and lots of space. The apartment is in perfect condition and everything was very clean. The washer and dryer is so good and having the big balcony out back is an awesome touch. We would definitely stay here again and are looking forward to coming back 😊

The listing was as described and met all expectations. We were at a weekend event in northern Palm Springs so the location worked well for us. Very clean when we checked in, personnel in the office were polite, photos were accurate. Would be great for a bigger group or family who want to cook too.

Definitely recommend Karen’s place for proximity to downtown Palm Spring (~20mins) and Joshua Tree (~40mins)! The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs and the bathrooms were stocked with good products. The home is really well-designed and super cute—we loved the walls full of records. Can’t wait to come back to Karen’s place next time we’re in the area!

The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The area was nice and quiet. The place was exactly what we were expecting, as everything was exactly like the pictures. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay! Condo was just as described, the pool was super close to the unit which we enjoyed. Neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Had everything we needed to enjoy our meals! Thank you 😊 For festival goers, this location was only 7 mins from our shuttle pick up location which was great!

Juan is a great host! I recommend staying at his place. The house was nice and clean. The area is also very peaceful, even though it was Easter weekend there was no problems. The rooms and beds were comfy and clean. Thank you Juan for such a great stay!

We came to Palm Springs for a girls trip this weekend not knowing anything about the area or where to stay. Russel’s home was absolutely perfect for the three of us, allowing room for everyone to spread out and relax. The home is well appointed, very comfortable, and had such a fun vibe! We were within minutes of downtown, the aerial tram, restaurants and shopping. This home is a hidden gem that didn’t disappoint. I would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends!

I've stayed at this house many times, and it's exquisite. It's a sublime relic from the old glory days of Palm Springs, with beautiful decor and a theater. The managers are always a text away if you need anything. The kitchen and some of the bathrooms have been renovated, so it definitely has modern touches. The Ruth Hardy park is across the street which is awesome for kids. It's my favorite place in Palm Springs, I give it as many stars as are in the sky. Lisa M

Elaine was great as a host. Very communicative and everything was in the right place. It gets a little windy in April, but we enjoyed the pool and the furniture outside. Home was in great condition, cleaners for the pool came, landscaper came as well so everything was in tip top shape! Would stay here again if/when we return to Palm Springs.

We had a lovely week in Palm Springs while staying at this condo. The location is perfect and the condo is outfitted with everything you need and more! The furnishings and decor are exceptional and include many special touches that make you feel right at home. Both swimming pools offer beautiful view of the mountains, are very well maintained and just a short walk from the condo. Downtown Palm Springs is only a few blocks away which made it so easy to access restaurants, shopping and events. Check in process was well-communicated and easy, and we appreciated the dining and recreation information included in the condo notebook. I've stayed in many Airbnb's over the years and must say this was the most welcoming and well-furnished I've encountered. Thank you Justin and Daniel for a memorable week in Palm Springs! -Carol A.

This is the best AirBNB we have ever stayed at - not because of the location (it's ideal in that it is only two blocks from the main strip in Palm Springs), not because of the amenities (two pools, not one), but because the owner, Jason, was so attentive, the furnishings are not cheap and tired like other AirBNB's can be, and they offer all kinds of cooking supplies and toiletries. A small but appreciated touch!

Perfect place to stay for 2 couples! House was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for the festival weekend :) would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very comfortable and it was nice to come "home" after a day out exploring Palm Springs and surrounding areas. I really appreciated that there were already ice cubes in the ice trays as it was getting hot during my visit, so we were able to use the ice right away. The only possible negative was the hallway shower has a low water pressure. But it was good enough that we never had to use the primary bathroom's tub. The water is sufficiently hot. We arrived after dark and we couldn't find the exact condo location. But Roshi called me and walked me through finding it over the phone. Overall the communications have been very responsive and professional.

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for Coachella weekend since it’s right near the shuttle area. It’s also in a nice quiet area! I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our family trip using Pablo’s place. Kids enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts every day. Easy to get in and out of and not far from restaurants and stores.
