I had a great stay at Sara’s place. Good instructions before arriving, and she checked in during my stay. Well stocked kitchen, spotless home with great design and decor. I’d stay there again!

We loved our stay. Being there for two weeks means we really got to know the area and relaxed into the home. Beds were comfy, furnishings and bathroom were great. Because of the longevity of our stay we felt the kitchen was perhaps the only thing a bit under-equipped, but do understand this perhaps not such an issue for shorter term stays perhaps. We would definitely stay again!

Bob and Natalie’s place was very welcoming and so cozy and clean. They welcomed us on our arrival, which has never happened, and was really nice as they told us about local spots to eat and explore. It was a perfect size for our family of six and we could easily cook meals in the kitchen as it had so many kitchen immenities! We even made s’mores one night on the back patio with the fire pit and enjoyed the view of the stars and the quietness, always so nice and quiet at night, very peaceful. We experienced a lot while there as the location of their house is in a central spot to Sedona, Flaggstaff, and the Grand Canyon among so much else! It really is a wonderful place. We hope to enjoy it again one day:) Thank you, Bob and Natalie!!

We loved staying here, the space was perfect for our group! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and it's very spacious. The bed was so comfy, we would definitely stay here again!

Shirley provided great instructions on how to get to the house from the city. Answered any questions we had. The location and everything included was perfect. Perfect place close enough to sights.

Beautiful experience, not only the area but the perfect house and location. Their hospitality was wonderful and their restaurant recommendation. Was perfect . The VAULT had the best view. The apartment had everything I mean they thought of it all. I can’t wait to return! Downtown Sedona was close and even with a little traffic the views were amazing, but not as amazing as the clusters of star st night when we sat outside our beautiful location and marveled at it all. And if that was not enough during the evening before nightfall we had the pleasure of a teen deer staring out at us . Wow!!

This is a clean, modern, comfortable, well kept, large apartment. It is on a main street but it’s on the second floor and really the street never got too busy. There are a lot of steps to get to the front door. The view from the back porch is great. Bed was comfortable, towels were fluffy, large master bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, foodstuffs, lots of counter space. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful spot, within easy walking distance of Old Town and hiking trails. Quiet neighborhood. The home was comfortable, with many extra touches, and a nice, bright kitchen. It was perfect for our stay while I attended the Verde Valley Bird Festival at Dead Horse Ranch State Park, which was only a couple of miles away. Very dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The hosts were very welcoming and they provided extras to make our stay comfortable. They were so many nice little touches that I can't list them all. Providing coffee, tea, and cold water to name a few. The soap and shampoos provided were very nice too. The house was in good order, very clean, and had everything a traveler needs. There were 5 of us and we never ran out of hot water and had plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies. Even a wine cooler! All in all we enjoyed our stay at the house and had fun exploring Cottonwood....didn't realize they had such amazing restaurants and shops! We will definitely stay and this home again if the situation arises!

Stepped out of the norm for my eldest 28th birthday, and we couldn’t be more happy we did, Jeanne’s place did not disappoint it was everything we expected felt at home away from home. Jeanne was very helpful and provide my family and I with lots of recommendations on things to do, places to go. We arrived a bit late way past our check in had some trouble entering, because we couldn’t figure out the lock, and Jeanne made sure to call me an help so we wouldn’t be standing in the cold. Aside from the house being in excellent shape it was nice and cozy and it made it even better to have such a caring & resourceful Host! Jeanne you are an amazing individual, thank you for having us, we will definitely be back 😊

Doug's house was more than I could have imagined. Everything was perfect and was well stocked with everything necessary. It was perfect for my large family. 14 people and 2 dogs. Very spacious and plenty of beds for everyone. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Large or small family. There were plenty of games for the children and plenty of hiking trails. It was a very relaxing time for everyone. Great place for a Thanksgiving feast. Doug responded right away if I had a question. I would definitely rent this home again! Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Loved this space! Had everything we needed, including kitchen and bedding/ x tra blankets… outside sitting/ walk to eclectic shops and restaurants/, way too many wine tastings spots!! ( some would say!) and lots of spots to hike about and just walking trails around river entrance in town or ride out, but not far- so glad we had car rental for other spots, too.Jerome awesome and Sedona, but Sedona not on weekends…stick to hiking!! Avoid shopping, we hear on weekends… Loved it, guys/ thanks so much….suze and jim peck, from Maine….

Kristen was awesome. Quick to answer all my questions. Responded quickly. Great location. We walked to town a lot. So many great restaurants near by. Wonderful gathering place for a girls weekend.

Misty’s place was perfect for our trip. We went in March, and you get the sunrise from the back patio, and sunset in the front. Plenty of room for our 17moth old to run around without concern. If it’s in the cards to return to the area, I hope to come back.

This home was very comfortable. We stayed for a few days since we didn’t want to stay in Sedona. Pretty quick drive to Sedona from here and beautiful views everywhere you look.

Our Villa stay in Camp Verde was Amazing! The Villa was clean and well organized. Cozy ! A homey atmosphere with an outdoor seating that was comfy. Comfortable Beds with Tv in each room . Living room was comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of dishes and pots and Pans !! Definitely will stay with Anna Again ! Very easy to work with and communicated well. Absolutely Would Recommend this Villa ! Nice Quiet Comfortable place . Try Mexican food in town or The Italian Moscato Restaurant! Great place to Relax away from the city but Close to Sedona and other Great attractions! “ just a short drive “.

We literally had our mouth open when we walked in the door of our room! Can’t believe we only stayed for one night! Definitely will come back someday. The condo and all of its rooms were very clean and the details that the cleaning people put in were wonderful. The towels were folded very creatively, and the pool area was beautiful!

Great place to stay! Everything was in great shape, the beds were very comfy, and all the appliances worked perfectly. The location is wonderful, not far off the highway but also in a very quiet anf peaceful setting. After our stay Anna messaged us about something she thought we had left behind, but actually must have been left by a previous renter, and that really speaks to her integrity! We will definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lofts of Old Town! The hosts were very communicative and made check-in very easy for us. We met the hosts on the second day of our stay and they were a lovely couple. Their attention to detail in their home was beyond anything we have experienced. We will defintely stay there again the next time we are in town. It is the best place in Cottonwood!

Everything about this stay was perfect! The location was amazing! Right in town any everything to needed was within walking distance. Cottonwood is close enough to Sedona that you can get there in like 20mins but honestly other then hiking, I don’t know why you’d need to leave Cottonwood for Sedona! Also the hosts were great! Super helpful and responsive overall just wonderful! And the place was super cute and exactly what we needed! Would recommend and would stay again!

Our stay was very short and the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and proactive on our behalf. Based on other's reviews, we brought a box fan to drown out any possible room/road noise at night. Really pleasant location and the unit had everything we needed.
