Welcome to your private guest suite, created from a thoughtful garage conversion that’s attached to our home. You’ll have your own entrance with driveway parking right next to the door( check-in). The suite is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, giving you privacy while still being part of a family home. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.

The apartment is full-service, attached to the main house with a private entrance and private patio. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.

Hanford: Entire Dreamy Home (Premium)

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Please note: there are no window coverings in the common areas. There is coverings only in the bedrooms. There is extra fees for EV charging. There is a guest suite attached to the main house that rents separately and shares a wall with the house in the living room and entrance area. So there might be noise heard on both sides. Please be mindful of noise especially during quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Thank you!

It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. There is a Roku tv with. Internet is provided, thru Xfinity.
