Beautiful location, cute, clean home with cottage/cabin vibes. The trains were amazing. They don’t come by too frequently, and when they do they’re really cruising so the noise doesn’t last long. We loved our stay and would definitely come here again!

We had a great stay at Ila’s place! The house fit all of our needs and was in a nice neighborhood and was very clean. We were able to run over to the mall that was only a couple blocks away to spend some time between dance competitions. Hyvee was also near by so we were able to pick up groceries for our stay and cook in the updated kitchen. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Rochester.

I stayed at Caroline's farm for 2 weeks in April 2025. It was an ideal location for me--remote, but not too remote. I was able to work remotely for my job while I was there. The house itself is plenty big, and the outside space made it even more enjoyable--there's a very spacious back yard with a fire pit, barbecue, patio, etc. And wild turkeys and deer walking through daily! I was lucky enough that Caroline's horse and donkey were in the field near the house and was able to make daily visits to bring them carrots (very much the farm experience!). The house was equipped with everything I needed to truly "live" there. Afton State Park is really close by for hiking/outdoors activities, and I made a couple trips up to Stillwater which as a great history and restaurants/bar scene. And, of course...in Afton itself is Selma's Ice Cream parlour, definitely worth a visit or two. I really enjoyed my time here--I was by myself, but with a family or larger group, this place is ideal.

Really enjoyed our stay. House decor is cool, nice period accents and colors. Kitchen is well-equipped and we had some great home-cooked meals in, and hit Terza on Saturday night (excellent ravioli and gnocchi). Totally safe neighborhood. Will be back.

Anne's place was a nice break from city life. The view from the living room was serene and had the weather been nicer, the deck would have been a wonderful place to drink coffee. Anne's place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. There are trains but they were not overly noisy--no train whistles! The location was quiet, even with the folks who reside below. All and all, a delightful place to relax for a few days.

This was the perfect place for the amount of people we had and the goal of the stay. Would definitely stay again if we do the race again. Very roomy place with all the amenities we needed. Really appreciated the responsiveness and flexibility too.

We stayed here a year ago, and it was so great that when we came back to Eau Claire, we could not imagine staying somewhere else. And we were not disappointed, it was like coming back home. Quiet yet accessible location, beautiful open concept main floor with gorgeous river views. Our kids love the attic play room. Kitchen is extremely well stocked. We highly recommend this property.

Shelly was wonderful to work with. She was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very comfy and relaxing. I would highly recommend Shelly and Dave!!

Perfect location just a half mile walk from the downtown area. Definitely an older unit but we were only spending the night there; the bed was comfortable and everything worked so no complaints! Would stay here again for a weekend in Eau Claire.

Great location! Loved the house

We’ve been taking long weekend vacations to Red Wing this time of year for many years and found Stephanie’s place for the first time last year. We’re very happy that we could stay here again this year! It’s within walking distance of historic downtown Red Wing, near many shops, restaurants, historic sites and beautiful scenery. We’ve enjoyed staying at Stephanie’s Apt. twice (so far) and like being in a small town neighborhood instead of a hotel/motel on the main strip. We also wander around being 'tourist's' the whole time and it's a relaxing place to put up your feet at the end of each day!

Perfect apartment for two people. The king bed was very comfortable which is a plus and kitchen well stocked. Close to Mayo and area restaurants.

Tyler's place was wonderful. Clean, bright sunshine and comfortable. Although we were only there for one night the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. The location was right downtown with many places to explore. The deck out back had a view of the river and park across the street. Highly recommend Tyler's place.

We absolutely enjoyed our home away from home ❤️ This place was everything it was described as and more. The location is perfect for town and the hosts were very responsive and helpful with any requests. Th game room and the deck were such a beautiful touch. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

it was a comfortable place, clean, and warm. the bed and pillows were SO comfy!!

We have been to Lake City several times as we have family there and we’re in town for a funeral. Great River Flats is relatively new so everything was clean and updated. Had all the supplies you would need. The only thing we found odd was that they provided paper towels and toilet paper but no tissues. Not a huge inconvenience but strange. You cannot go wrong staying here.

We spent a month at Megan's place in Prescott and it was a great experience! The kids loved the game room and we loved how close it was to the river and downtown Prescott. We recommend it!

A clean and comfortable apartment to stay in while a loved one was at the Mayo Clinic. The host is easy to work with.

Jackie’s place is superb. Best location to visit Rochester, especially if you are visiting the Mayo Clinic, walkable distance to many places. The place is huge, great for family like us. Many games provided for the kids: pingpong and board games. Big kitchen and living spaces. Jackie the host is super friendly, helpful and responsive. All communications are smooth and fast.
