Unwind and relax during your stay in our newly renovated 116-year-old cottage, while enjoying modern updated amenities of home. The cottage was updated for your pleasure while keeping unique touches of the original home. Unwind and grill on the back porch and enjoy the shade of the oak tree. This pet friendly home offers a fenced in backyard for your pet's safety. We are located 6 minutes from Monroe Regional Airport and 5 minutes from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. No large gatherings.

Come stay in a spectacular space with access to your very own private basketball court and shared access to an indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Your cozy bedroom is outfitted with a tv, work desk, and a queen size bed. Enjoy a nicely stocked kitchenette, (hotel style) and full bathroom with shower. There are two twin floor mattresses available for the gym floor right around the corner from the bedroom. No living room included.
