J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour de 3 nuits chez Rosetta. Quelle belle et grande maison ! Tout était parfait : La chambre et la salle de bains sont extrêmement propres. Il y a un petit réfrigérateur à disposition, ainsi qu'une machine à café dolce gusto, également un vélo et un canoë. Les petits-déjeuners sont délicieux, copieux et variés. Et la pizza du vendredi soir délicieuse également. La maison est située dans le nord de Giethoorn, loin de l'agitation touristique, c'est très paisible. Le centre est à environ 35 min à pied.

Awesome spot for an overnight solo traveler like me. A little walking required if taking public transit but it’s a comfy place and Rosetta provided plenty of delicious food for breakfast. Would come again.

Anfitriones muy amables. Buen desayuno y baño limpio. Tienen 5 gatos adorables que no molestan pero cuyo sanitario está en la cocina por lo que se siente olor. El precio nos pareció alto para ser una habitación con baño compartido.

Rosetta and John were the most welcoming hosts. Their home was idyllic, surrounded by canals and beautiful gardens. Our room overlooked the spacious garden, and all the bedding was clean and fresh. The bathroom was the cleanest I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb. The amenities were fantastic: pizza oven dinner on Friday, tea and coffee zone, as well as use of a canoe and bikes. The local area was just far enough from Giethoorn village centre to be quiet and calm, but close enough to get there via a quick bike ride. We left after one day feeling completely refreshed. I definitely plan on coming back. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Our stay in Giethoorn was absolutely perfect! The little inn we chose was cozy, spotless, and everything we could have hoped for. The location was right on the canal, making it incredibly easy to take the boat out and explore the serene waterways. While the area is quieter in winter, that only added to the charm, creating a peaceful and intimate atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality. Our host went above and beyond, preparing delicious and varied home-cooked breakfasts each morning. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the clean and well-equipped kitchen (where my girlfriend and I enjoyed cooking dinner each night) to the excellent water pressure and warmth of the shower—something you truly appreciate during colder months. This was more than just a stay; it was an experience. The warmth, cleanliness, and attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. We can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to our return!

Iris is the kindest and loveliest host you’ll ever meet. Nothing will stand in her way to make you feel at home and feel well taken care of. She prepares the heartiest breakfast platters and lets you enjoy her wonderful garden. Her space feels very private although she’s always around to answer questions or have a chat if you want. We really enjoyed laughing and joking with her and almost accidentally took her very sweet cat home :) Thank you so much Iris for the wonderful stay and we hope we may meet you again!

Bei Sonja waren wir bereits zum zweiten Mal Gäste und haben uns sofort wieder zuhause gefühlt. Sonja ist eine wunderbare und herzliche Gastgeberin. Das merkt man auch an dem herrlichen Frühstück, dass sie jeden Tag voller Liebe und abwechslungsreich zubereitet. Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unser nächsten Aufenthalt bei Sonja.

Wir waren über Ostern bei Hans und Sylvia zu Gast. Der Empfang war herzlich und freundlich, die beiden jederzeit erreichbar. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, das Bett wirklich bequem. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag reichlich, sehr lecker mit immer neuen Variationen und Überraschungen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen bei Gelegenheit bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank.

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und Esther ist eine liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Das Umfeld ist traumhaft naturnah mit dem Wald. Die Räume sind gemütlich, gepflegt. Man hat das historische Holland gemixt mit modernen Elementen und kann in eine andere schöne Welt eintauchen. Ebenfalls Top WLAN. Man war schnell in Lemmer. Leckeres Frühstück! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

De eigenaresse is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, Accomodatie is prima en zeker voor een nachtje. Het ontbijt was heel goed verzorgd en super lekker. Voor ieder wat wils.

Mijn oma is enorm fijn geholpen door ontzettend lieve mensen. Prachtig plekje voor mijn oma om uit te rusten na een lange wandeltocht. Echt aan te raden en ontzettend bedankt👍
