The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during the daytime.

Country cabin, dry cabin

Cute cabin, private close to town yet has a great cozy country feeling. This is a dry cabin which means there is no running water, has electricity cable TV, refrigerator, water dispenser that dispenses both hot and cold water, a coffee maker. 1 motion activated, camera outside of the cabin that will notify me of your arrival and departure of the cabin. The camera is looking at the front door and parking area, PETS MUST BE ON THE RESERVATION. My home and 2 other cabins present on property

Luxury Lake View with Sauna

Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

Stay at the River's Edge-

A stay at the River's Edge is an updated walk out PRIVATE (no shared space) daylight basement apt with your own side yard and view of the beautiful Spokane river and mountains. Space has a private entrance, large living space and an over sized bedroom with a king bed. You also have your own laundry area with a small full kitchenette and own private bathroom. We are located 15 minutes from Cd'A, 15 minutes from Spokane Valley, 10 minutes to Q'emiln Park and close to the Centennial Trail.

Enjoy a stay in the 16ft dome with exquisite views of Mt. Spokane and coveted Green Bluff scenery. Superb sunrise/sunset observing. Accommodations include a comfy king bed, wifi, bedding, outdoor shower, porta-potty, hand wash station, coffee and hot tea station, solar powered battery pack for charging devices, games, yoga mat, etc. Partake of all the local farms, wineries, breweries, and farm activities around you! Come stay in our private guest suite for two! The suite is separated from the house by the garage and includes off-street parking for one car. We are 25 minutes from Downtown Spokane and 20 minutes from Coeur d’Alene. Nearby athletic venues include the HUB Sports Center, Plantes Ferry, and multiple golf courses. This is a great spot for guests in town for conventions, tournaments, Hooopfest, and Bloomsday or anyone looking for a convenient home base to explore the Inland Northwest.
