The neighborhood is very nice and a lot restaurants by walking, everything is perfect.

Wonderful location apartment was very clean. The host was very nice. We had a problem with the internet the host got right on it and had the problem resolved in no time. When I come back to Chicago I will definitely rent from this host again

Finding a good place to stay in Highland Park can be challenging and Lola's place was perfect. It is very conveniently located near a storage facility (Extra Space Storage) where we needed to spend a lot if time. Lola's place is very well thought out and all of the linens, furniture, and kitchen supplies were of extremely high quality. The bed was super comfortable and we appreciated the wide choice of blankets. We are glad we reserved a few more nights here for when we return to the area in a few weeks.

This home is absolutely beautiful and it's exactly as described. The kids enjoyed the basement and my nephew ended up sleeping down there. Found a folding gym mat and he called dibs. We didn't really utilize the kitchen much as we were out n about for most of the time. But it would have everything you'd need if you decided to purchase groceries. The house was clean and offered a hair dryer and toiletries. The downtown was within a short walk. Lots of restaurants. Trader Joe's is just a block away. The green line was less than 10 min walk and it takes you straight to downtown Chicago. Street parking across the home but appears it is not overnight parking. After asking, they informed us overnight parking along the street a block away. I couldn't find anything within a reasonable walk, so I decided to park the the parking deck that is attached to Trader Joe's. $16/night. It wasn't a real deal breaker but wasn't expected. We felt really safe in this area.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Place had everything we needed and was extremely well presented. Off street parking was a huge bonus as well as the full kitchen and washing facilities. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Mayra’s place is even better than pictured. Spotless and cozy with a great walkable location in downtown Downers Grove. East access to the train where we took a day trip into Chicago. Hope to get back again.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, historic apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the space was airy and spacious. Jennifer was a wonderful host, providing an excellent restaurant recommendation for our anniversary. She also brought us pastries one morning! We would have liked to enjoy the outdoor space but the weather wasn't ideal. The location was a 10 minute walk to the train with direct access to downtown. We would love to return again!

This delightful two-bedroom apartment includes a modern, updated kitchen, beautiful antique furniture in exceptional condition, and many lovely hand-made artifacts. The heating system kept the apartment warm despite the outdoor temp or 16F w 8F wind chill. The two-block walk to Oakton St, the main street in downtown Skokie is in a safe, residential neighborhood--very quiet. The CTA yellow line is not even a half-mile walk--so easy public transportation to downtown Chicago. Apartment includes assigned off-street parking. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We accidentally left a phone charger in the apartment which the hosts recovered and coordinated a pickup by a local relative. Definitely recommend for travelers visiting folks living close to downtown Skokie!

This house perfectly accommodated my family and I for almost 2 weeks. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedroom and bathrooms were very clean and the living room had lots of room for my toddlers to run around. We stayed during the winter and the house was pretty cold but they provide individual room space heaters to help, which was great! The host was very quick to respond with any questions we had and were very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing to stay in this area.

We loved it and we come to Aurora a few times a year. We will definitely be staying again.

Uthuman’s was a great place to stay! It was cozy! There were plenty of towels available. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. I had quick responses to any questions I had. I would recommend staying here!

The house looked just like the beautiful photos & Jay was incredibly responsive throughout the visit. This home is located close to 290 to go downtown or further out to the 'burbs quickly. We needed a home to stay last minute, and Jay was accommodating to that as well - we were happy to find this spot with all the space we needed inside and out. As a bonus, we met neighbors who were very friendly.

It was nice, quiet and peaceful place. Great place to relax and unwind. Loved my stay, the house had a very homey feel to it.

This rental perfectly served our needs for a one month stay visiting family in Downers Grove. Everything was as described. Here are a few things future renters will appreciate knowing: • This location will work best if you have a car. • To be able to watch TV, we needed to use an on-line service for which we have our own paid subscription. If there was a way to access local Chicago stations without a paid service, we could not figure it out. • You will likely need to read the directions in the owner’s guide to figure out how to set the thermostat to your preferred temperature. • The unit would work best for four or fewer people, as the dining table is in the kitchen and only has room to easily seat four people. However, the living room is large and could potentially be used as an overflow seating area if there were more diners. • If you plan to spend time in downtown Chicago, it is probably best to take the train from the Belmont Metra station. Day parking is $3.

Great place! Highly recommend!

The condo is exceptional, very well furnished and very spacious. It is conveniently located in Geneva with easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc.. There were only four of us staying there, but I think it could sleep ten. Unfortunately the weather was chilly and we could not enjoy the expansive screened-in porch which would be fantastic in warmer weather. The price was a little expensive but was reasonable for the space and accommodations, and would be a great deal for six or eight. If we can get to Geneva again we would definitely book this condo again.

Great stay! Super close to the train station and easy to get downtown. Area is also nice and super walkable. Airbnb was nice and comfortable for four ppl, also felt super safe. 10/10 for our first time in chicago :)

Great little place, right next to downtown Lisle. Apartment is right across street from the Metra. Downtown has a few nice places to eat, and there is a 24 hour gym that has month to month membership. Host is super responsive and friendly.

This place was awesome. Felt very homie and comfortable. I love the decor and that there was a TV in each room. This place was beautiful and i wouldn’t mind staying again.

The hosts were very responsive to our needs. They went out of their way to be helpful. We were celebrating a late Christmas and the hosts left up the Christmas tree and put a Christmas tablecloth on the lovely dining room table. The apartment was cozy and met our needs. I liked the beautiful woodwork and plants. The apartment was warm enough except for the front bedroom.
