We love the view from our front window, the neighborhood "walkability", (to Bread Company, Do-nut Shop, a great deli/grocery store, "world-famous" frozen custard stand), and the general vibrancy of city living. Francis Park, directly across the street, is the focal point of the neighborhood, with tennis, pickle ball and handball courts, children's playground , and a constantly used sidewalk for running or dog walking, weekly "Band Concerts" in summer, or sledding in winter.
