Everything was great - the house was beautiful and so convenient. Jami responded in a good timeframe when questions arose. The outdoor space was perfect and the (huge) dining, kitchen and living rooms were a great perk of the space for our group size. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this beautiful home was simply incredible. The host was EXTREMELY welcoming! So many snacks and nice accommodations to make us feel warm, cozy, welcomed and right at home! One of the most spacious places we’ve ever stayed and the master comes equipped with anything you could think of. Highly recommend this place above any other place you’d ever stay in NOLA. We stayed at the East Camptons for 6 days, would definitely come back! It was very clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect, in between NO and Slidell. My husband fished off the docks and used the crab traps. I had coffee on the dock or deck every morning to see the beautiful sunrise. The fish factory next door was somewhat noisy but from previous reviews we were prepared and it didn’t interfere with our time at all. It was interesting to watch the boats coming and going and the birds they attracted. The space under the house doesn’t have the “kitchen” in the pictures but it does have a grill. The king bed was super comfy. Patty and Janet were promptly responsive with a couple of questions I had. Be prepared if there is wind the house sways a bit (felt like when you’re sittingin your car on a bridge) apparently this is normal with a house on pillars. I highly recommend eating at The Palmettos on the Bayou in Slidell, close with a great atmosphere.

Lovely and peaceful neighborhood — perfect for a relaxing stay. The home was comfortable and well-suited for our family of five. During our visit, we experienced some rainy weather, which led to a few insects making their way indoors. A bit of extra sealing around the house could help with that. Overall, a pleasant stay!

stayed here for 8 days during Superbowl. my staff and I had a great time at Dawn's house. beautiful well maintained home, it has everything you need to be comfortable. Dawn is a super host and communication with her could not get any better. Dawn goes above and beyond with her hospitality. thank you Dawn for everything god bless.

It was an amazing house and fits the description. Had just a few issues but he was quick to respond . I would most definitely rent again

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for quick trips to Slidell and easy day trips to downtown. We fished non-stop and caught plenty of catfish, along with drum, flounder, and trout! The house had every amenity we needed—and more. We’re already planning our next stay!

I cannot begin to describe the AMAZING view at this Airbnb. If you're on the fence if you should book here, do it! I'm from NOLA, and I can tell you, this a beautiful, unique part of Louisiana. The wildlife that you'll see here is breathtaking. I'm convinced the pelicans and cranes were performing just for us. :) The place was SO spacious and had everything we needed and more. The beds, and furniture, were so comfy and we had plenty of room for everyone. I highly recommend staying here and the hosts were awesome too!

Very nice home and in quiet good area. Plenty of parking and only about 10 minute drive to French Quarter. Perfect amount of space for our group of seven. Would definitely stay again next time we are visiting.
