A great apartment within walking minutes to the city centre. Clean and tidy, a comfy, linen fresh bed, full kitchen with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, washing up accessories if needed. Kieran was a great host, great speedy communication, very clear arrival instructions. A friendly gated apartment area, would recommend. Thank you Kieran.

I want to say Davids apartment is perfect , the flat is layed out perfectly , feels super homely with all nice bits left their like books and art on the walls , quite , very comfy bed in main bedroom with a really cool walk in wardrobe which I really liked. David very responsive and friendly. kitchen very spacious with everything nothing missed . thanks so much !

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Lovely garden. Close to centre of Southwell. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommended. Host left essentials in fridge and eggs too which was highly appreciated.

Good location shops and restaurants walking distance, very comfortable room and quiet. I have stayed a couple of times and would go back again.

Very clear instructions for finding and getting in the appartment. The area was very cozy and really beautiful to walk around in. The appartment had everything I needed and a lot of useful instructions. Would come here again when visiting Nottingham!

We had a great long weekend here, 2 adults, 2 young children. Scott was able to provide and cot and highchair for us which saved on space in the car! Very spacious and clean, and everything you could need. We used it as a base to visit National Forest Adventure Farm, Twycross Zoo and the Stickman Trail at Hicks Lodge which were all great days out!

Amazing place. Will absolutely stay here again. A peaceful retreat amidst the busy city. Great location and great for people watching.

Gorgeous stay over the bank holiday weekend. Very peaceful location yet close to local amenities. Walks on the doorstep and a nice paddock to rent up the lane. Secure area at the back of the property for our dogs. Excellent kitchen and bathroom. Easy to communicate with hosts who live next door and always on hand whilst leaving you to it.

Leah's place was a great option for an event at the Ice Arena. It's so central, close to many bars and restaurants. The arena was right across the road! I've stayed in many air b and bs and I have to say the beds were among the comfiest! The apartment was clean, had a huge terrace outside and despite the location was very quiet! Leah was incredibly responsive any time I had to message. We're already planning to return, highly recommended.

The apartment was beautiful, easy to locate and surrounded by many restaurants, cafes and bars. It’s right next to the station so easy to access. Patrick, was friendly and helpful in the build up to my stay and during my stay. Massively recommend.

The location was fantastic for us and right by the tram stop which made it easy to get around. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again. There were no problems with the flat, it was very quiet, spacious, and bright and I felt very comfortable knowing I could reach out if I had any issues as the communication was excellent. I loved the space, right in the town centre, unfortunately I was a bit to busy with work to appreciate the area but hopefully I will return in the future for a more relaxed stay

A great place to stay near to the centre of Nottingham for access to the cricket ground and many bars and restaurants. An ideal place for a couple or two couples with plenty of space and a little sitting area through the French doors. Full facilities are available in the apartment.

A lovely and comfortable apartment in the heart of the city, with everything you need for a great stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. The balcony is a fantastic bonus, offering a nice spot to relax. Lewis was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

The flat was spotless, everything you needed was there. Including an air-frier. However could not find a frying pan, can you fry an egg in an air frier! He had also provide basic essentials like tee/coffee/sugar /fresh milk / croissants/biscuit’s. However supermarket 2 mins walk away. The town has a lot of history and the museum is very much worth a visit if you want to understand the British civil war. Loads of pubs, many centuries old.

The appartment is very new and very well furnished. It was super clean with fresh sheets and the beds were very comfortable. Its 10 minutes walk from the middle of town and 2 minutes from the station. We had a very comfortable stay!

Sam's place was really nice and and very well designed and decorated. It had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Sam is very helpful and her responses are really quick which was really kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to book again.

Thank you Angela for providing the perfect venue for a weekend catch up with my daughter. The facilities were excellent and anything that did go wrong, such as the heating, you very quickly sent us a solution. It is super spacious, with everything we needed and the car parking was such a bonus. Will definitely be back.

What a fabulous apartment. . It is so well presented, such a lovely, comfortable space. Rooms are very spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. The flat is very close to great pubs in Ruddington and there are plenty of shops and eateries within a short walking distance. You can get a cab into the city very easily and cheaply. Public transport is also very accessible and well connected to the city. Johnny is a great host, very kindly allowing us to check in early and to check out later and he is also so easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this apartment. Gill and Glen Allison

Vivienne was amazing! I requested a last minute booking and she accommodated me immediately. Came from her home to meet me there straight away. Was always extremely responsive and kept me informed all the time I was there. Couldn’t have been more impressed. The place was exactly as described and was beautiful. Kitted out perfectly and I felt right at home. Couldn’t have been more grateful to Vivienne and thank you so much!

Best place I have stayed in ! Was so so clean the amenities were great, good location to everything , hosted answered quickly and friendly. Would 100% stay again !
