Peaceful walks along the streets lead to parks and lovely cafe's. Have a romantic time away or bring the whole family to have some adventure and fun.

Welcome to Little Oceana! This tiny home located in the heart of Scots Bay! This sweet and cozy space is just minutes to Cape Split hiking trail and 15 minutes to Canning where you will find all amenities and a lovely local winery! Take only a few steps to the beach for your morning walk or relax on the deck having your morning coffee while listening to the sound of the waves. This is a place to relax and create memories while watching the most breathtaking sunsets with the view of Cape Split.

This cozy studio located in the basement features a semi-private bedroom (curtain), an additional office/ bedroom (no window) , full bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen (no stove). Enjoy a hot tub, fire pit with free firewood, abundant wildlife, and a 200m trail leading directly to the river. Perfect for nature lovers 🐾 Pet friendly!
