This property and location were exactly what I was looking for to celebrate a 40th birthday with friends. The house was exactly as described as was the property. The 28th Street beach access was back open so getting to the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. The beach chairs, wagon and assorted toys were a nice bonus since we were all travelling from out of town. Our propane tanks were nearly empty and so that hindered our ability to cook out and enjoy the firepit on the last night as we hoped. I would recommend checking those as soon as you arrive. Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap as that was not provided. Those two things aside (and only including as a head's up for future renters), this was exactly what we were looking for in terms of space and location. I would consider renting this property again if I'm in the area with a large group. Jimmy was responsive to all my questions leading up to the trip.

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

This was our first time staying at Sheila’s condo after the home we regularly stay at was destroyed by the hurricane. This was an absolutely perfect location!!!l Everything was exactly as described. The unit was very spacious. The master bedroom was huge with a great master bath! It was nice to also have a second bathroom. Loved the open concept living and dining/kitchen area. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was so lovely to sit out and have coffee on the private back porch overlooking the mangroves. Quiet and peaceful. Getting to the beach was so simple. They had everything available like beach chairs , umbrella , cooler , beach towels and a wagon. Just a quick, few minute walk to the beach. Having a pool on the property was an added bonus. The communication from the host was excellent !!! Both Shiela and her husband took care of things that we reached out about during our stay. We would absolutely highly recommend this rental property!!!!!

This was to-date one of my favorite AirBnB experiences. We weren’t able to really enjoy the beach due to water quality issues and it honestly didn’t impact our vacation at all because this stay was genuinely so lovely. The balcony views are incredible. We saw manatees, dolphins, and other wildlife every morning. The house was well stocked with pretty much everything we could ask for; we immediately felt right at home. The pool areas were clean and quiet. Both Donna and the manager for the stay were super responsive and helpful. Instructions were clear and readily provided for us. Zero complaints— we absolutely would stay here again.

Sue was a terrific communicator. Any time I had a question, she was quick to answer. The home was as described and very clean. Thanks for hosting us.

Good location and easy walk to beach and restaurants. House was newly renovated, clean and matched the description. It would be helpful to have more hooks over the door, in the bath and for towels as well as a luggage rack or place to set a suitcase.

I would call Scrugg’s Harbor the hidden gem of IRB! Fantastic price for the location, and Morgan and her team go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to Kamp Komfort waterfront cottage since it was available and wow- just what I needed to have beautiful beach views from the living and kitchen area. The back porch is HUGE and the perfect spot for sunset, dolphin and bird watching. Restaurants and nightlife are within walking distance. The place is spotless inside and even the sand is raked. Washer/ dryers, chairs umbrellas and more available for use. Located on a quieter stretch of the beach which is fantastic! I highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the beach cottage lifestyle!

Anastasios and Gary were very helpful, responsive and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay at this place, we were looking for a family friendly location in a quiet neighborhood and it met our needs. The location is not far from most popular areas in Clearwater. We will definitely consider staying there again on our next trip.
