The location also provides convenient access to explore many of the Hudson Valley and Catskill towns and villages.

Built with only non-toxic and all natural materials with a state of the art fresh-air system. Two heating systems for the winter. The Shingle Gully Cottage is located on over 40 acres of privately-owned land bordering Sam’s Point Preserve. The cottage is located on the outskirts of Ellenville NY. The town is situated at the base of the rolling Catskills within the Shawangunk valley. Within the cottage, there is a pellet stove that will be lit on chilly nights upon request. Maximum number of guests/visitors/people permitted on the property is 2. The owner lives on the property and is available for anything guests may require.

Blue Haven in the Catskills

We built a studio-house on the foundation of an old summer cottage. We did not expand the footprint, but furnished it with select pieces and appliances and gave it contemporary finishes. We also added a screened porch, open deck and stone patio. The woodland and mountain views are lovely, while the location is convenient to Lake Minnewaska State Park and the Mohonk Preserve. Ulster County levies a 4% tax on overnight stays. Payment is made anytime between confirmation and arrival.

It's an easy bike ride to connect to the vast state-wide rail trail system & all that the Mohonk Preserve has to offer.
