Our custom built guesthouse was completed in 2016. It is situated on 5 redwood-covered acres, 10 minutes south of Los Gatos and 20 minutes from Santa Cruz. We have easy access to hiking and biking trails, world-class wine-tasting, microbreweries, shops, amazing dining, and more! There is something for everyone in our area! We are surrounded by a 35 acre tree farm, so it's very private, yet close to the silicon valley! Our property has a standby generator so we are not affected by power outages.

Centrally located, 100 miles to San Francisco, 15 miles to Monterey Peninsula (Fisherman's Wharf, Aquarium, Pacific Grove, & Carmel). The unit is brand new. Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

This house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, kids and families friendly, nearby parks, playgrounds, markets. It's a residential house, so any event or party is forbidden. The house has security camera outside driving way and front door. If you are planning to host an event or party, this is not a suitable place. The house has central heating, doesn't have A/C for cooling. The house has cooking utensils. We also have Netflix pre-set up on the TV.

Located in a historical neighborhood dating to the early 1930's. The cabana has lots of natural light. Privacy walls. A private patio and entrance. The spacious cabana features a stone fireplace, a grand queen bed, large bathroom with a shower for 2. The vibe is of peace and serenity. The colors are muted and sparsely decorated. The bed sheets, pillow and mattress protectors and blanket are changed after each stay. The bath towels are warm. ZEN!

This property is perfect for 1-3 month rental for a single travelling professional. The property has video surveillance at entrances for a safe an secure stay. Lovely 1000 Sq. ft. Cottage in the heart of wine country. A 400 sq. ft. delightful back patio with fire pit, full kitchen and bathroom makes this the perfect home away from home. Amenities include queen bed, wifi, TV's, fire place, & parking. We are a live winery and have wine tasting two weekends and two Friday evenings a month. We usually have live music, wine tasting is in the same vicinity as the Cottage.
