What a wonderful little cottage on the lake. The hot tub was perfect, the deck is amazing. The house was so comfortable and cozy. Fishing off the dock was lovely in late April. Easy to find, peaceful, and couldn’t have had a more lovely time recharging and enjoying the lake views.

My family and I had a great stay in St. Maries thanks to this place. It had everything we needed and more. The owners added a special touch by putting up a Christmas tree with lights. They also put a fresh wreath on the dining table. These touches made our Christmas feel extra special. I definitely recommend this place.

This is a great stay especially if you have a dog. The host offered us a dog door which was really great and convenient for us. It’s only a few minutes from Tubbs Hill and a huge park downtown which had tons to do. Trader Joe’s is close, and overall there were many local coffee sports nearby which is a win for me.

This is our second time going here and there's definitely a reason I'll be back again! Great host and Awesome place!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Everything felt new, clean and the place is well designed/functional. Sandpoint is such a cute town with lots of good restaurants. Its an easy drive to the mountain for skiing.

I stay at Bryan’s place every time I travel to CDA. The condo is gorgeous and Bryan goes out of his way to ensure my stay is as comfortable as can be. Hands down all around best Airbnb experience.

We really enjoyed Gregg and Heather’s place. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay! The house was very clean and in a great location for getting to the arena! Gregg and Heather were great hosts and very accommodating! Highly recommend staying here!

Great place for a small family to stay. In their basement but no noise issues (can’t hear anything upstairs), really clean, and overall comfortable with temperature, bed, etc.

We absolutely loved our stay, the rental was clean and modernized from its original design, and it was so convenient to stay in to visit with family that were local to town. Heidi was an awesome host that was quick to respond, always helpful and very kind. Would stay here again.

They were very friendly, they opened up the entire backyard for my family and always responded when needed. We did have a miscommunication on my end for late checkout because I did not specify what time needed, but they seemed pretty understanding about the situation which was very nice!

A gem. Quiet and peaceful yet so close to town. Bright and airy and had everything we needed for a short stay. Comfortable and thoughtful amenities.

The homes was well equipped. We stayed at another home three days after leaving and found that home to be inadequately equipped. There was not one lamp in the house. There were minimal kitchen utensils, very few plates (we bought paper plates, lots of wasted space in the house (not a problem, but a strange home), no door on the M Bath (not good). Your house at the lake was fantastic. No TV and no internet, but that is good!!!! No phones ringing!! Great place! Thank you! David

This place was beautiful! The host was super helpful (even let my mom and another friend come by even though they weren’t on the list of people staying) and the place was so comfy And the neighbors were super nice!

If you’re wanting to check out of the rat race and enjoy nature, this is the place to be! ☺️🌲

Blackridge Cabin was everything we hoped for and more! Kip and Jennifer were incredibly gracious, and the setting was breathtaking! We grilled and ate outside one night and the view and sunset were stunning! (Also enjoyed that bottle of wine—thank you!) The cabin itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Lastly, the hot tub was a bonus! Thank you so much for your hospitality—we had an amazing stay!

Mr. James was a fantastic host! His description of the property and the amenities couldn’t have been better. Very friendly and helped us get acclimated to the Colville area while we were visiting. I highly recommend booking with Mr. James!

This little lakeside hideaway is an absolute Gem! We were looking for lake front or to be nestled in the woods - Dave and Lee’s place is both! To top it off, the view of Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort was breathtaking. We are already planning a return trip next year. Alan A.

I adored my stay at Steve and Leslie’s cabin! It is such a peaceful spot with the tranquil pond, charming wildlife, and sweet horses and dog. The cabin feels wonderfully rustic but with a modern bathroom and very comfortable furniture. The hosts were very warm and welcoming. I would definitely go back for a tranquil retreat near great hiking etc.
