Welcome to the Perry District, a centrally located neighborhood with a brewery, restaurants and coffee, groceries, parks and just a few miles to downtown Spokane. Our property is great for large groups and sleeps 14! The open kitchen with huge island is fully stocked and we have both a propane grill and a Blackstone griddle. We have multiple living room areas as well as outdoor lounge space, a game room with arcades and toys, and a theater room! Guests of all ages will enjoy the amenities.

This is a cute 2 bedroom basement unit with plenty of natural light. The private entrance is on the side of the building and you have to go down a small flight of stairs.
