This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). We are located in Siverić (Sibenik - Knin County Region) on the slopes of the mountain Promina, near the National Park Krka, 30km from the sea. From the nearest town (called Drniš) we are just 4 kilometers away, by car you are there for 3 minutes. Beautiful natural environment that helps you to maximize relax and unite with Mother Nature.
