A lovely property in the middle of Split old town, walking distance from lots of restaurants and the main attractions. The house is beautifully designed, clean and has the necessities. Parking is a bit tight but a small price to pay for the location.

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful and beautiful location but within very easy distance to Split and beach by car. Marina was a friendly and generous host, always a text away for any advice or queries. She advised on easy parking in Split, favourite beaches, supermarkets etc The house was spotless and very well equipped. Ideal for families but equally for a small group - warm pool and jacuzzi, dining inside and out, badminton, table tennis, football goal and balls, swing. We picked cucumbers, peppers, aubergines, figs from the garden and collected eggs from the chickens. There were too many eggs so Marina made us Tiramasu with them which she brought over mid week when she came to make sure the pool was clean. Nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely stunning. The love put into the Green Dream can be felt both inside and outside. Simply fantastic garden, stunning decor inside. Great for all ages. Easy access to restaurants and Split. We hope to be back. Thanks so much to Ana for letting us open the season and feeding us an amazing traditional dinner.

Dragica is a very kind lady said we could stay after check out time if necessary, went out of her way to meet us when we got lost, and gave us good advice about location.

Wir haben uns in dem alten Steinhaus, das aussen saniert und innen modernisiert wurde, sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir mochten die großzügige Terrasse mit dem phantastischen Blick über das Meer bis zu den Inseln. Der Innenbereich ist größtenteils mit wertigen Massivholzmöbeln ausgestattet. Auch sonst lässt die Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Der Schlafbereich unterm Dach wirkt gemütlich, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Insgesamt gefiel uns die ruhige und sehr private Lage des Hauses. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants, die zu Fuss erreicht werden können. Uns hat das Konoba Argola (unbedingt mindestens einen Tag vorher reservieren) mit seiner schönen Terrasse am besten gefallen. Die Bergstraße mit ihren engen Haarnadelkurven ist ein wenig lästig, aber es gibt genug Ausweichmöglichkeiten entlang der Strecke, ausserdem begegnen einem nur sehr wenige bis gar keine Fahrzeuge.

Mladen is a great host and the place is lovely. Incredible location right near the old town / palace, but also secluded with a private outdoor space that is great for siesta. If you are travelling with a vehicle I can't emphasize enough how valuable the parking space is. I live in New York and I thought I understood how difficult it is to find parking, but this is beyond impossible unless you are a local.

Tatiana's place is a gem for few days stay in Split. First of all location with a view of Riva and Marjan hill is unbeatable. Apartment itself was clean and cosy. Tatiana was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations.

Lovely apartment! Very centrally located in Split but still on a quiet street. The apartment was super clean and cozy and I really enjoyed my stay. It has a great couch, TV, and the bed is very spacious and comfortable. It's a super cozy apartment. Also the kitchen is great if you need to cook anything - it comes with all of the appliances! Good views from the window, supermarket and tons of restaurants close by, and literally 7 minutes from the historic center! Very quiet area. Would definitely stay again. The only things I will say is that it’s definitely not accessible if you’re thinking about that - it requires multiple flights of stairs. And the only other things to be aware of are the fact that it doesn’t get a ton of natural light inside and also the bathroom has a bit of a moldy smell when I was there (still very clean thought). Overall would recommend if the above things don’t bother you!

Host is nice and helpful. He told us all the information that we needed, what we concerned and also recommend the restaurant nearby. The house is clean and warm. There’s enough space for four people, we had a good time in the house. Thank you!!

très jolie logement il ne manque rien même un barbecue à disposition. La situation est bien 20mn des points d'intérêt dans un quartier calme et surtout avec une place de parking gratuite. Les hôtes très sympa vraiment je conseille ce logement sa sans problème.

The apartment is fantastic has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, all the furniture, spacious, a nice view from the balcony surrounded by mountains, very peaceful which makes it a bit far from attractions .. but still nice!

We had a terrific stay at Petar’s and recommend his place very highly. We are hard to please when it comes to cleanliness and he met our expectations. The apartment was not only very clean, it was furnished very comfortably. We loved having both a washer and dryer because we stayed 8 nights. The location also is fantastic, just a ten to fifteen minute walk to Diocletian’s Palace and Old Town. We found many great restaurants within walking distance and Petar gave us very helpful recommendations. He also communicated well and was very responsive. He was at the apartment for check in and check out, helping us with our bags and making sure everything was fine. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay with six adults and three children. Lot's of space, had everything we needed. Outside fireplace area was perfect for cooking and dining. Heated pool was a hit for the kids and jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Mirta and Vinko were great hosts, very responsive and helpful! The taxi servive was perfect for getting around every day.

Myself and 8 friends had an amazing time at this villa. Duje and Jelena were the best hosts I’ve ever experienced and were super helpful throughout our stay. It was our first time in Split so they made us feel very welcome. The Villa itself was very clean and spacious with everything you’d need. It was exactly what we were looking for. It’s also near a shop and only a short drive into the town centre. We had the best time and will definitely be back !!

Een hele mooie villa, op 18 minuten met de uber van de clubs in split. Liggend in een mooi klein dorpje net buiten split. 2 supermarkten in de buurt en een café op 50m afstand. Milan reageerde snel en leverde het huis heel keurig aan! Ook regelde we via hem het raften. (Kleine tip neem veel cash mee!)

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in Gordans Villa in Split! Die Lage ist ideal und gut erreichbar, sodass wir ohne Probleme anreisen konnten. Die Villa war makellos sauber, was uns gleich ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Gordan war ein unglaublich freundlicher Gastgeber und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom schönen Pool, der perfekt für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen ist. Insgesamt eine wundervolle Erfahrung – wir können Gordans Villa nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Ivan er virkelig imødekommende og den bedste host jeg nogensinde har haft her på Airbnb. Han svarer med det samme, og hvis man har brug for hjælp til noget, kommer han selv op til boligen og hjælper. Han gav gode anbefalinger til seværdigheder i området og tjekkede altid ind om alt var godt. Hvis jeg nogensinde besøger Kroatien igen er Ivan og hans Airbnb uden tvivl noget jeg vælger igen!

The Villa was amazing, with all we need and more (pool, basketball, coffee etc), clean, organized, practical. the surroundings are also beautiful with beach at walking distance. But what made the stay even more amazing was the host. Before and during the stay Bruno always answered very fast with super helpful answer, great suggestions on what to do and who to contact in the area. Fully recommend!!

Kristel’s place is beautiful. It’s up in the mountains and so you do need a car but the drive is worth the views. Sunsets are fabulous and we loved the walks in the local area. When we went, the restaurants weren’t open as it was the end of season but we bbq’d, ate at home or went into Split for the evening. Kristel and her husband are lovely and keen to help. There was an issue with the pool and they were very helpful and quick to respond. They allowed us to check in early and met us at the bottom of the hill to show us how to get to their house as it is a bit tricky first time if you don’t know where to go. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place.

I highly recommend Igna’s place if you’re visiting Split! It’s a short walk into Old Town but the house itself is located in a peaceful and quiet area. The backdoor also leads directly to the Marjan Hill Stairs. We were traveling with 3 generations and the house met everyone’s needs. Igna was also extremely helpful. She helped us set up private transit to and from the airport. We were also able to ask the driver, Bruno, to take our family to Klis Fortress during our stay. Overall, we loved our time in Split and Igna played a huge role in making the visit as hassle free and as enjoyable as possible.
