The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with private beach & backyard bunkhouse in the woodlands of Lake Wabasis. Guests also receive exclusive & unlimited use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, and dock w/swim platform from early May until late October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots. There are expansive views of Lake Wabasis, a sandy beach, and a secluded & verdant backyard with an adjacent vernal pond that's filled with wildlife and enchanting forrest sounds.

Michigan summers at the lake are hard to beat. And when the lake freezes over in the winter, bring your skates and fishing gear and get out on the ice. Spring & fall bring chilly evenings - perfect for indoor relaxation. Cardinal Cottage is a lakeside cozy home with a spacious yard, beautiful lake views, sandy beach, and chill vibe. Three kayaks and a paddle boat are available for use in warmer months, as well as a Mr. Steak gas grill, fire pit, and outside dining set. The lake is calling!

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this cozy waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. There are 2 bedrooms, front deck, side patio, bonfire pit w/benches & gas BBQ grill. Swan cottage also includes an 18' pontoon w/60 hp motor, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock from early May - late October (weather permitting). The cottage is dog friendly, however, yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable & doggie life vests.

A peaceful retreat on all sports Lincoln Lake & Clear Creek! 2 Buildings=4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 10. 3 king beds (one converts into 2 twins), 1 queen & 2 twins. The upper part of the garage is an unfinished space that is the game room, full of fun! 4 Kayaks & 2 stand-ups. A dock on the creek. Each bedrm & LR have their own TV's. Fully stocked kitchen, kids dishes, high chair. pack-n-play. Spike Ball, Cornhole, Bocce ball and 4-way volleyball are at the property for you to use as well.

The Telluride House is a great getaway home for the entire family. It's right across the street from Muskellunge Lake. Private dock on a deeded lot within walking distance. The house has lake views on all 3 floors and 2 decks. Soak in some sunshine and enjoy the view from the upper deck or stay cool in the shade with the lake breeze on the lower deck. Fire pit, grill, and yard games are provided along with 2 kayaks. The backyard is fenced, up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional $100 fee.
