We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic—just a few minutes’ walk to stunning beaches. The property was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with so many extras that made it feel like home, including a coffee maker, luxurious linens, fresh flowers, and even some delicious baked goods on arrival. The outdoor area was especially lovely, with plenty of comfortable seating options to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend!

Lots of free parking in the vicinity. Handy for a no frills stay.

great house just by the beach in Selsey. big enough to comfortable fit 2 families (we were 4 adults, 4 kids and the house was perfect for us). the house was clean and Rosie left so.e basic supplies for us (milk, bread, sweets) which was lovely. the grades is big, and nicely done, the house has everything you need for a weekend or even a week. the house is located approx 10 min walk to a pub, ans town is walkable distance as well. thank you Rosie!

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

Lovely place to stay, lovely and clean on arrival, easy communication with owner and even allowed us in earlier. Can’t fault anything. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a wonderful few days here. The view is addictive! We stayed up way too late tracking vessels coming in and out of Southampton. The chalet is spacious and beds very comfortable. It was a bonus to be able to park the camper van right behind the chalet and to bring two small dogs. Sadly weather was too poor to make use of the pool this time. Perhaps we missed the instructions but we had troubke finding no 77. Advise looking at the site plan as you enter the holiday park. All in all a very good stay.

Fantastic modern lodge, very well equipped with everything you would likely need, spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. Peaceful site, dog friendly (dogs to be kept on leads which is a huge plus) and we would 100% recommend a stay here. We will be back!

What a beautiful place we had a lovely time celebrating family birthdays. The house is lovely especially the lounge which is a gorgeous room with a great view. The bedrooms and bathrooms worked really well for our group of 9 never needing to wait for a toilet to be free. The big table in the kitchen works really well too. Claudia is a great host , very friendly and full of lots of information about the farm. The pool and other facilities are great too. The only downside is it’s so nice you don’t want to leave to explore the island. Thanks for a great stay would love to come back.

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

Amazing host and great set up for lovely get together. As a group of 10 adults with 4 kids, this was just right with ample amount of space and bathrooms which met our family needs. looking forward to staying for longer during Summer.

Really loved our stay. The lodge was immaculate and exactly as described. Pet friendly especially the enclosed veranda wrapping round the lodge. Wendy was lovely, greeting us upon arrival to ensure all was well and answer any questions. Well equipped in all rooms and extremely comfortable with lots of storage. Lucy was a fantastic host, who is responsive and thoughtful. She was so quick to answer any questions we had and help in any way she could. The place was clean and lovely. It was tidy and we felt right at home. It was an easy check in and check out. We would definitely stay there again and can’t wait to come back!

Just returned from a fantastic stay. The lodge was perfect, well thought out in terms of what you need on holiday and games and things to do as well. But the main high light is the swimming pool! What a gem! Fantastic size and depth pool with heaps of pool toys. Water was a lovely inviting temperature. We would love to come back.

brilliant stay at "Petes pad". we love the IOW and come every easter for the last 16 years. best stay yet.!! felt so at home, kids loved a room each and all the games and space to play them both inside and outside. Ian was a brilliant host, communities and helpful. what an amazing g week away. and Ian even provided amazing weather.! something whi h in our experience e is a toss up on the IOW at Easter.!! thank you Ian and Family for letting us stay at your place

Beach Breeze was very dog friendly and homely. The coastal path was just a couple of minutes walk away and with a general level of fitness it is easy to walk to Yaverland beach, which was great. We loved the walk up to Calver Haven Inn where we had a great meal… do book in advance! Sally-Ann was very responsive and helpful. We would be pleased to stay again. The chalet is furnished well and has a beach theme which we really enjoyed. Many thanks for a great stay!

Justine was a very responsive host and helped to sort a few small things very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed White Roses: Spacious, clean, lovely outside spaces, dog treats provided, quiet, kitchen very well equipped, very good location, lots of dog walks nearby. All in all we would definitely like to return at some stage. Thank you Justine for a lovely stay.

This was our second time at the houseboat and we’re already looking forward to booking again. If you’re looking for relaxation and luxury on the water, this is the place for you. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Lovely homely feel. Clean and tidy and comfortable. Central location. Good communication with the host. Parking is difficult, evenings you may need to park a few streets away.

A beautiful, comfortable home for a couple or small family, within the sound of church bell, close to the sea, and a few steps from the little village centre of Alverstoke. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, with recommendations for eating out as well as a well-equipped kitchen for eating in. There is also an office area in the bedroom, and fast internet, so suitable for WFH.

Christine is a very helpful host and communicated well every step of the way. Lovely location. Perfect for our short break. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely long weekend away. Comfortable, well thought out space. Comfortable bed. Near the water but also a very manageable walk to Emsworth and close to the bus stop for a short rise to Chichester. Highly recommended
