The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully stocked kitchen. The highlight was the balcony with breathtaking views, perfect for enjoying a sunrise coffee or a peaceful evening breeze. The location was ideal—close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet in a quiet and private neighborhood. The host was incredibly accommodating. This Airbnb perfectly combined comfort, convenience, and Filipino hospitality, and I can’t wait to return!

Highly recommended. The place is ideal for relaxing, with nearby convenience stores, restaurants, malls, and church. It is also student/reviewee friendly due to its peaceful atmosphere (we could barely hear the severe rain and thunder outside during Typhoon Kristine). Aside from that, the host is quite friendly and accommodating. Thank you, Ms. Bel! We will definitely book again next time.

Maganda yung place nagustuhan ko, sobrang lapit lang sa airport tas pagbaba mo my kainan n agad like fastfood,resto,malapit rin sa sa supermarket. Happy nmn ako s pgstay. All in all, marerecommend ko nmn sya. very responsive ang host and mabait.

Overall stay was great. Very cold aircondition. Functioning hot and cold shower. You can plug in there your video game console if you bring one. Tahamik. Malapit sa MOA. 10/10

Very reasonable price and great location for people who want to explore Poblacion. Would still advise to be careful with your belongings when walking around the area.

The space is spotless and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beinh able to unwind with Netflix was a nice touch. Crisalez was fantastic — super responsive and attentive, and she and her son truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The flexibility with check-in and checkout times was a major bonus, something not all places offer. We really appreciated that. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!
