We had an amazing time staying at Katy's place! We are local to Austin and had an extended stay here while our house was being renovated. Katy was so responsive and friendly, making us feel right at home. I have lived in Austin for 15+ years and this location truly cannot be beat! The neighborhood is beautiful and seemingly everything fun to do in Austin is within walking distance: Lady Bird Lake/downtown, South Congress, South Lamar, etc. The house is charming and just as described. We really enjoyed relaxing on the porch in the evenings and the fenced in front yard for our dog. Bonus points for being visited by a white peacock in the front yard!

Highly recommended! Thuy was helpful and her place is a lot bigger than what expected. She pretty much provides what you will need for your stay.

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. This is the second visit I’ve made to stay in The Domain precinct and the apartment was perfect for my needs while attending a conference. The street plaza below has a great vibe weekends and evenings with restraints and events. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for having me.

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location for us! We mostly took Ubers around but did walk from S. Congress once and the walk was not bad at all. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Our code didn't work right away, but the host responded quickly and got us in (and even allowed us to check in a little early!). Great place to stay, would stay here again if we come back to Austin!

The apartment was exactly as described. The hosts were very responsive and also very accommodating. Location was ideal, as it was around 15-20 min away from many of the local attractions and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and peaceful.

Stunning view. Only a 20ish minute walk downtown which was nice. BnB had everything we needed for the weekend. Pro Tip: There's a fresh water spicket inside the fridge so no need to find a filling station!

We were super comfortable in this beautiful space that was equipped with everything we needed. There’s a full service bar/coffee shop in the lobby which was a nice convenience, and the pool area was a plus. Jason was responsive any time we had a question. It was also within walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. People are intimidated by rules but they’re really just ensuring that the space isn’t destroyed by out of hand parties/drunken nights, and I appreciate that! Would absolutely stay here again.

The place was within 2 blocks of my brother who has ALS. My 92yo mother was able to walk back and forth

Great place to experience Austin with friends! The host communicates well and provided some great recommendations.

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

My husband and I loved this place, the bed was comfy, it was spacious, clean and the decor was beautiful, the view was amazing especially at night. We were just a walk away from the all the fun bars , night life and food, the vibe was more than just right!!!! Can’t wait to go back!!!
