Great place to stay, great host. 10/10 would recommend.

After some helpful calls with Tibouche, we arrived to a clean and welcoming space that was perfect for my 26th birthday party / New Years' celebration. Tibouche and her husband were very welcoming, and left us to orchestrate things ourselves. I'd recommend this lovely house to anyone wanting to have a big private party, although I'd take advantage of the BnB element of this house more than we did!

Jane's home was perfectly located for my visit to the city - in between the historic city centre and the areas of independent shops and cafes on Mill Road and Norfolk Street. Jane is a great host and good communicator. The bed and room are comfy and quiet. There was even the option to make toast with Jane's home made bread, or to have a bowl of cereals for breakfast.

Lovely spot! Thoughtful amenities like butter, milk and jam that were much appreciated and made breakfast easy. The L’Occitane shampoos and soaps were delightful. The welcome booklet had great recommendations for local restaurants and clear instructions about trash/recycle/compost. A little bit of noise at night from the street, but not constant, just a person walking by here and there. Otherwise, it was very quiet. Lovely courtyard and beautiful artwork in the space. Bed downstairs was a 5/5 and the twin beds upstairs were 4/5 for us. This was a perfect space for our trip to Cambridge. Thanks, Sarah!

Eamon and Joy were great hots, always responsive and always willing to help, patient with Airbnb payment issues and very amenable to direct discussions to resolve any matters. Would highly recommend.

Loved James’ place 💖 We were visiting my friend nearby and how fortunate we were to stay at his place! It was so cozy and felt like home. The bed was very comfortable (we only slept in the master bedroom) and the modern kitchen was thoughtfully laid out. Quiet neighbourhood but super accessible to everything - short walk to grocery stores & nearby parks. Appreciated detailed instructions and recommendations! Will definitely come back and stay again (if James likes us :D) + also, spotted some cute wild foxes nearby! Very exciting!

Great place, easy access, clean and comfortable

This is a good location in the Town centre. Good road connections and walking distance of station. 2 mins walk from high street for shopping and essentials.

Lesley's home was very conveniently located near where our business meetings are as well as all the shops and restaurants that we needed on the 5 days we spent in Chelmsford. Her home is pristine and the room where we stayed is very restful. Lesley is a brilliant host, getting out of her way to provide us with one of the best service we've had in an AirBNB stay and we have been in quite a few. Great place to stay whilst working nearby. My own front door with parking right outside made loading and unloading simple. The breakfast items supplied are a lovely touch.

We loved our overnight in this peaceful village before our flight from Stansted home to the US. Verna wisely encouraged us to make reservations at the local pub, Fleur de Lys, for dinner which was the perfect way to end our English holiday with authentic fish and chips and friendly pub atmosphere where everyone seemed to know each other. We would gladly stay again, although it may be another decade before we get another trip without our kiddos! Thanks for having us!

We absolutely loved our stay. Both hosts were really friendly and the food was excellent. Accommodation was gorgeous, clean and quiet. Loved to sit out in the garden to relax. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay and not our last. Sue and Geoff let you into their home and you fit right in. The continental breakfast also makes this a cut above other Airbnb's and also nearby hotels. Highly recommend.
