Great view look just like pictures, great beach view, the host responds but very slowly I would stay here again the guard helped me when I smashed my toe with first aid some of the front desk people are very rude didn’t want me to use the phone and gave weird stares other than that it was fine pool is very clean. You do have to buy your own toilet paper after you run out he’s a good host and it was very clean

An amazing stay. The place was very clean and a close car ride to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The place also had all of the amenities we needed and served us well. I would definitely recommend staying at this place to anyone in the future.

What a joyous 10 days. So many things to utilise in the property - beach chairs/umbrellas etc. kitchen perfectly stocked. Apartment was clean, tidy and had amazing views. Estilita/Desiree responded to questions immediately and shared all the necessary info well in advance. A really lovely experience all in all. We are very grateful!

This rental unit was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 4, with each kid having their own bed and bathroom. Just a block from the beach, it is close and convenient to everything. We have stayed in this building before because we love the building itself, and this was absolutely the best unit we have stayed in. The wraparound balcony offers gorgeous views and the interior was pristine. The hosts were communicative and so easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is the perfect location on Ft. Lauderdale's strip - right off A1A with some distance from the Spring Break area. The unit was great - perfect for our family. Very spacious and clean, and right down the hall from the Residence pool. Having access to the resort amenities was also great. Salil was extremely responsive and easy going. Very easy to work with. Would highly recommend if traveling with kids. We hope to be back!

The unit was huge and great for a family with two teenagers who like their own space. The second bedroom had moveable walls so it can be open during the day to force interactions and then private at night. We got a lot more space for similarly priced hotel rooms. The unit was exactly like the pictures and the view of the beach and canal was nice. The host was extremely responsive and sent additional supplies quickly. The amenities at the W is a nice addition and the location is walking distance to many things.

I've been to quite a few hotels and Airbnb's around the world and have never stayed at such a picture perfect place; Tons of sunlight, great working air conditioner, no clutter, everything absolutely spotless, every top notch amenity, an ASSORTMENT of top notch shower heads, great bright colored wood-like flooring, the two fold out couches were even more comfortable that the main bedroom bed AND Irene was VERY NICE!

Patrick was a great host and extremely responsive. The Airbnb looked exactly like the pictures and it was in the perfect location.

Ruth's Midtown unit is right in the heart of the life of Midtown, Miami. Restaurants, amenities, fashion, shopping -- all within easy walking distance. Great getaway for some urban living and endless sunshine! The unit was large, comfy, and fully stocked. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Sun Harbor, Miami Beach, and it was a truly delightful experience. One of the highlights was the balcony, where I spent mornings surrounded by lush trees, creating the serene ambiance of a peaceful jungle retreat. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings. The bedrooms were exceptionally comfortable, with beds that ensured restful nights. The rooms were bathed in beautiful natural sunlight, adding a warm and inviting feel to the space. The Sun Harbor neighborhood itself was a gem—remarkably tranquil and situated right by the water on the harbor side. It offered a rare sense of calm in the typically vibrant and bustling Miami Beach. Overall, this Airbnb was a wonderful find, blending comfort and tranquility in an ideal location. I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

The apartment is located in a great area. Close walking distance to all local attractions, stores, and South Beach. Apartment felt cozy and just what we needed after spending a long day at the beach. Would definitely stay again!

The location of the Airbnb is ideal, located in a place where restaurants, shopping and bars and entertainment are all walking distance. So glad I chose this place for my week in Miami. The location is amazing for walking or cycling (Citibike locations very close) along the whole of south beach without traffic. South Pointe park was amazing at the weekend with a great chilled vibe especially at sunset. Free sunbeds a bonus, a pool and direct easy access to south beach. Bus stops nearby for accessing the free trolley bus to explore further around Miami. The apartment was as described and the perfect base for our week. Yes it’s compact but well equipped for the size and Miami has far too much to offer to want to spend time in your room!

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Dmitry and Maria were incredibly kind and flexible, always available whenever we needed assistance, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was fully equipped.I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to visit Miami.

Impressive and huge building with many services. Fantastic mail room For receiving Amazon packages or so. Beautiful view to The sea. No balcony. Good bed but noisy. A water boiler would save time and energy.

Claudia and Pablo are very responsive and helpful hosts. They provided restaurant recommendations and left wine and granola bars for us as a welcome gift. Unit has beautiful views and is equipped with every possible amenity you could imagine if you’re traveling with a family (high chair, stroller, etc). Highly recommend!
