Shoal Bay sits on a remote island, completely off grid. Here we generate our own electrical power through a system of solars panels and micro-hydro. Just one of three boutique styled cottages at Shoal Bay, The RAVEN COTTAGE sits on the hillside overlooking the water. There are 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a cozy woodstove. Our suite has a stunning ocean view which you can enjoy as you relax on your private patio. Watch the water traffic as it is constantly changing. The suite has all you will need to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Our home is within walking distance to the wharf and the down town core. For all the skier or the guest that want to ski or hike Mt Washington it is only a short 40 min.drive away. Our suite is in our primary residence.
