The hosts were great. Very considerate and allowed for early check in. The family was very comfortable there for 3 weeks with WiFi that was strong, working kitchen and hot water in the bathrooms. It was easy to access everything near by, by walking and felt very safe as well.

Was a great house to stay in and close to the airport, only downside it is a bit far away from the city and use grab is a bit difficult but the host help out with those difficulties

Ms Oanh was very communicative and was prompt. She also provided a housekeeper who was always available for us. The location is perfect to rewind and have some peace. The people around us was so nice and the housekeeper was always available to get us the stuff that we needed during our stay. This place is absolutely valued for price. PS - loved the pool floatie! :)

I’m so grateful for my stay at Runa's place in Hanoi! The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed except the entrance of the home which need renovation.Runa was an amazing host, always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. I loved experiencing the local culture and trying all the delicious food options nearby. Highly recommend Runa's place to anyone looking for a home away from home in Hanoi!

Ấn tượng ban đầu của mình khi đến nơi là một căn villa rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, phòng ngủ rất rất rộng. Mặt hướng ra sân cỏ full cửa kính tạo cảm giác không gian xanh và thoáng. Mình hài lòng với tất cả cơ sở vật chất, tiện ích cũng như dịch vụ mà chủ villa mang lại. Nhất định sẽ là 1 trong những địa chỉ mình quay lại ở những lần tiếp theo.

Compact yet very complete equipment. Nice and very clean. Close to many restaurant, convenience stores, and free bus route.

Van aims to please. He is a great host and his space is fantastic. Masteri West Heights is an elite location in the Smart City where activities abound. I really REALLY liked that Van’s place had a filtered reverse osmosis system, which meant drinking as much clean/purified water as one would like, from the space. Van was awesome at connecting me with a soccer team game, and responded back to any questions I had immediately. Unfortunately, I was not able to complete the full AIRBNB stay, as unforeseen circumstances called me back home. HIGHLY recommend Van’s place.

It’s an amazing stay! The host is super nice and friendly. It’s worth the price to stay and nearby there’s plenty of marts and cafe to go to.

Khi đặt phòng mình còn phân vân , nhưng sau khi nhận phòng và lưu trú 1 đêm mình cảm thấy rất hài lòng và sẽ quay lại ủng hộ tiếp hehee . Giá cả và chất lượng quá là ok!!!
